Carti indoite sau despre cum sa te asiguri ca un client nu revine
Saptamana trecuta o prietena a mea implinea o frumoasa varsta. Invitata fiind la ziua ei m-am gandit sa ii cumpar ceva. Stiam – din fericire – ce i-ar fi placut sa primeasca si nu avea. Asa ca… am plecat la drum in a-i achizitiona o serie de cinci romane.
Evident m-am gandit sa ma indrept spre o librarie apropiata si cu un “bogat continut”. Cum unul dintre mall-uri e aproape… am ajuns la distribuitorul de carti de acolo. Toate bune si frumoase. Zarim noi trei dintre cele cinci volume ale seriei – puse oricum pe rafturi diferite – dar asta era un semn ca poate in alte locuri existau si celelalte doua volume.
Ramanand insa la cele trei volume am remarcat ca pentru fiecare dintre ele existau la raft intre trei si sase exemplare. Intrucat am invatat de mult sa pretuiesc o carte si cum oricum doream sa fac cuiva un cadou frumos, am inceput sa caut exemplare neindoite si curate.
Credeti ca am avut succes?
Evident ca nu.
Toate exemplarele erau indoite (mai mult sau mai putin – in functie de “persoanele delicate” care au umblat cu ele si le-au rasfoit) sau aveau in partea de jos o culoare mai inchisa – ca si cum ar fi stat in praf.
Din nefericire aceasta situatie nu poate duce decat la niste concluzii clare. O data ca oamenii nu stiu sa umble cu o carte. Chiar daca la Diverta poti sa si citesti (fara sa fii obligat sa cumperi) nu inseamna ca te apuci sa rasfoiesti de curiozitate mereu exemplare ce par a fi noi. Daca mergem pe ideea de la parfumuri luam in calcul unul-doua exemplare de test – dar restul ar trebui sa stea la dispozitie pentru achizite. Evident ca iti doresti sa iei o carte de calitate.
O alta concluzie tine poate si de depozitare. In final este evident ca nu exista o singura persoana careia sa ii apartina vina. Fireste ca sunt multi factori ce trebuie luati in considerare. Din pacate insa volumele in cauza vor ramane probabil nevandute, vor deveni rebuturi si e pacat. Eu de exemplu fireste ca nu am cumparat de acolo romanele in cauza! Si tot clar este si faptul ca nu o sa mai merg acolo pentru a cauta carti – mai ales ca daca doresti sa le achizitionezi din vreme sau pentru tine poti comanda online (si ai si reduceri).

Din nefericire constatam ca da, ar trebui sa fim invatati de mici sa iubim cartile si cum sa le folosim, dar iata ca multora le-a lipsit aceasta educatie. In acest context desigur ca o campanie de acest gen ar fi de bun augur. Intrebarea care apare e exact aceeasi cu intrebarea ce apare la orice campanie de educare: oare ar avea succes (apropo de condus si campaniile cu ideea de a conduce preventiv nu sportiv, de centura de siguranta etc.)?
Ma intreb insa: ar investi cineva intr-o astfel de campanie?
pai… eu zic ca putem incerca o astfel de campanie. Daca da roade e bine. Daca nu macar am incercat. Sa vad ce sustinere obtin si poate demarez eu ceva. 😉

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
