Restaurant Horoscop – un loc pe care il recomand
Recunosc ca sunt nefumatoare si ca, insarcinata fiind, nici nu am chef sa ies undeva unde se fumeaza (in mod obisnuit mai ieseam in astfel de locuri, chit ca ajungeam mereu acasa cu hainele mirosind – ca sa nu zic duhnind – a fum).
Saptamana trecuta insa voiam sa iesim cu o prietena din Germania intr-un restaurant elegant, care sa aiba zona de nefumatori si sa aiba si mancare romaneasca.
Cu greu am gasit ceva – si trebuie sa marturisesc acest lucru. Unde mergeam inainte s-a transformat in local doar de fumatori – de cand cu noua lege – asa ca iata-ne in ziua de vineri, cu doar cateva ore inainte de intalnire, fara a avea un loc anume in minte. Aflasem de cateva locuri – doar 3 – din recomandari, dar vizitandu-le siteul sau sunand nu erau deloc ceea ce cautam.
Am avut noroc chiar pe ultima suta de metri cu o prietena care m-a sunat sa ma invite seara la un concert – evident a trebuit sa refuz – insa afland despre dilema mea mi-a recomandat restaurantul pe care l-am si ales in final: Restaurant Horoscop.
E situat central – Piata Unirii. Oficial specificul este italian, insa veti vedea ca au si multe produse traditionale romanesti – ca sa dau un exemplu prietena cu care am mers si-a luat si 2 sarmale alaturi de un alt fel de mancare.
Preturile sunt de centru – eu am dat 24 de lei pe o portie de pui cu ciuperci si sos de smantana cu mamaliga – insa preparatele sunt excelente si portiile OK. Si lasagna sotului a fost buna (am gustat evident) si nici pastrama comandata de prietena n-a fost mai prejos – ea laudand-o.
Cu parter si etaj, cu locuri si pentru fumatori dar si pentru nefumatori, iata un loc de recomandat si de mers atunci cand cautati un restaurant unde sa nu fie muzica traditionala, unde sa fie insa o atmosfera placuta, serviciu de calitate, mancare buna.
Trebuie doar sa fiti atenti – la etaj – la margini – sa nu va loviti de plafon – insa e ceva supravietuibil. La fel meniul se citeste un pic mai greu – din cauza fundalului – din nou insa este ceva peste care se trece cu usurinta.
Am aflat de pe site ca au si un hotel – chiar langa restaurant.
Am scris despre acest loc si sper sa va fie o recomandare utila. Eu stiu cat de important e sa ai astfel de alternative – si din pacate se pare ca nu sunt asa de multe.

HaHa …. ce ma bucur ca am dat peste aceasta recomandare. Se intampla ca restaurantul Horoscop (si, evident, hotelul aferent) sa fie situat foarte aproape de facultatea unde studiez, care se afla pe str. Serban Voda, fix in spatele hotelului-restaurant, care, de obicei, e cel mai utilizat reper pentru “bobocii” de anul 1 care nu stiu sa ajunga la cladirea facultatii.
Intradevar si eu am mancat destul de des acolo, dupa ore, si pot spune ca atat servirea, interiorul, cat si felurile servite sunt impecabile, chiar nu am ce le reprosa.
