Intr-o lume ideala toate ar merge perfect. In practica insa, adesea apar discutii intre agentii si clienti. Si nu doar in PR, ci pretutindeni. De aceea este bine sa stim care sunt tipurile de clienti existente si cum este cel mai bine sa ne purtam cu ei in functie de caracteristicile lor.
Am astazi pentru voi un infographic foarte interesant cu 15 tipuri de clienti, caracteristicile lor si modalitati de interactionare cu ei pentru relatii de afaceri de succes. Infographicul a fost realizat de Ciplex, o agentie de digital marketing si creatie. Informatiile sunt prezentate intr-un mod amuzant si atractiv.
Si-acum vin si va intreb: voi ce tipuri de clienti din cele tin infographic ati intalnit pana acum? L-ati intalnit pe domnul care vrea totul gata ieri? Pe clientul care pentru a aproba ceva are nevoie de o comisie? Pe cel care, atunci cand primeste propunerea, zice ca e minunata, insa ca acum vor cu totul altceva?
Ah, si daca tot vorbim despre relatia client-agentie, va aduc aminte de alte doua posturi de aici care merita citite: Cum sa iti enervezi agentia si Cum sa iti enervezi clientul.

Nu numai că i-am văzut pe toți ba chiar am întâlnit clienți care îndeplineau 3-5 dintre tipologiile menționate într-unul singur. Mă întreb dacă ai avut vreunul care nu face nimic din ce este descris acolo. Aș fi uimit.
@Laura: intr-adevar tipologiile pot fi extinse si la interactiunile dintre oameni, nu musai la relatia client-agentie. Sigur, e pacat cand apar astfel de situatii,dar nu schimba realitatea…

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
