Anti-Respect, Anti-Intelegere
Ma tot abtin de la a scrie ce am pe suflet. Incerc sa pastrez totul in limite cat mai business pe acest blog. Cu toate acestea ma tot uit in jurul meu la amici si prieteni – angajati unii, patroni altii.
Cei ce sunt cu adevarat multumiti sunt cei ce se simt impliniti, cei ce simt ca sunt apreciati, cei incurajati, cei respectati.
Din pacate insa sunt prea putini acestia. Rar auzi angajati care sa laude cu totul sefii si rar vezi sefi pe deplin multumiti. Fiecare are impresia ca partea cealalata (a se remarca faptul ca nu am spus partea adversa) nu ii respecta suficient si nici nu ii intelege suficient.
Solutia?
Ar fi simpla daca s-ar gasi nesimtire de cumparat la kg. As lua si eu cateva “kile”.
Din pacate insa… constat ca nu e bine sa intelegi. Din experienta ultimelor luni, atunci cand cineva spune ca are nevoie de intelegerea ta e bine sa spui da pentru 2 saptamani si apoi, oricat de dura ar putea parea atitudinea ta, sa spui ca perioada de intelegere a expirat. Si ca doresti sa se inteleaga acest lucru. Si daca nu merge cu vorba – sa treci la fapte (in baza contractelor semnate).
Ceea ce ma uimeste pe mine este de fapt ipocrizia care se pare ca nu prea are limite. Unii oameni se plang ca altii le fac diverse dar ajung foarte curand sa procedeze si ei la fel – chiar oamenilor carora li se plangeau. Ironic, nu?
Sunt tipul de om caruia poate nu ii pica bine uneori diverse chestii, se enerveaza poate insa incearca sa ia si masuri.
Domeniul in care lucrez are de-a face cu imaginea. Oricat de bine si de frumos as vorbi despre o companie, daca clientii acelei companii vor fi dezamagiti din alte puncte de vedere acest fapt va conta mai mult.
Si inca un lucru de care multe organizatii ar trebui sa tina cont: doar pentru ca afara e vopsit gardul nu inseamna ca angajatii nu spun cum e cu leopardul dinauntru. Si daca vorba despre ceva bun se duce mai incet, vestea lucrurilor mai putin frumoase circula mult mai rapid.
Si revenind la intrebarea de mai sus, cred ca exista si solutie:
empatie. Folosirea neuronilor si incercarea de a vedea care este impactul actiunilor noastre asupra celorlalti. Mai mult, anticiparea acestui impact – nu constatarea consecintelor. Prevenirea, nu tratarea.
