Stim ce mancam. Sigur?!?
Astazi ajungem deseori sa mancam pe fuga. Fie ca mancam in oras dar din lipsa de bani nu la restaurante de lux, fie ca mancam acasa insa preparand ceva rapid din lipsa timpului utilizam diverse produse care ofera arome, care ofera deja sosul preparat s.a.m.d.
Nu este o critica: multi nu au curte de unde sa isi ia fructele si legumele proaspete. Altii din cauza serviciului nu mai au vreme sa faca totul si prefera lucrurile semipreparate – macar uneori. Lipsuri sunt multe; timp, bani – resurse niciodata suficiente.
Ce ajungem sa mancam insa? Noi speram lucruri cat mai sanatoase, dietetice daca este cazul, fara zahar mult la fel in functie de necesitatile fiecaruia. Ne ghidam deseori dupa titlurile produselor – Biscuiti dietetici de exemplu. Dar sunt ei intr-adevar astfel?
Exemplul este unul ales in urma lecturarii articolului din Jurnalul National referitor la o marca din acest segment. Un semnal de alarma in acest caz – din pacate.
Jurnalul National are insa o intreaga rubrica pe acesta tema – Ce bem, ce mancam – in cadrul rubricii Bun de consum. In fiecare zi sut analizate produse trimise de cititorii care doresc sa afle cat de sanatoase si recomandate sunt acele produse. Si in timp au fost analizate produse de la marci foarte cunoscute (un singur exemplu din cele disponibile), iar concluziile le tragem noi: produse care in aparenta ne ajuta, dar care ne pot face rau.
Ce mai mancam in acest caz? Ce mai bem? Dorim lucruri care sa nu fie perisabile – dar acest lucru inseamna conservanti. Dorim lucruri care sa aiba gust – dar uneori gustul natural e potentat prin diversi indulcitori si arome.
Mai mult, naturalul – pentru ca exista si el – este mult mai scump.
Sa nu uitam ca exista si organisme modificate genetic. Dintr-un studiu Greenpeace aflam ca: “Supermarket-urile care garantează că nu vând alimente MG nici în mărcile proprii ÅŸi nici în cele furnizate de alÅ£i producători apar pe lista verde a ghidului (Billa, Kaufland, Plus, Profi). Cele care pot garanta absenÅ£a OMG doar pentru propriile mărci se regasesc în lista orange (Carrefour, Metro, Selgros, Penny, XXL). Acele supermarket-uri care nu au putut sau nu au dorit sa garanteze că nu vând alimente MG sunt prezente pe lista roÅŸie a ghidului (Auchan, Artima, CORA, La Fourmi, Mega Image).” (s.n.).
In situatia de fata este clar ca pana la urma o solutie clara nu exista. Oricat mi-as dori sa pot oferi asa ceva, nu pot. Chiar si pamantul este deja saturat de insecticide si nu numai – firesc a fi utilizate pentru combaterea daunatorilor. Nu toata lumea are rude la tara sau nu are vreme sa mearga si sa manance de acolo in fiecare zi. Astfel ca inevitabil se folosesc produse cu “chimicale”. Peste multi ani de zile vom vedea si efectele in plan mondial. Pentru a fi insa la curent cu ce mancati si cu ce beti puteti citi rubrica dedicata a Jurnalului National prezentata in aceasta insemnare – si daca doriti sa aflati detalii suplimentare despre anumite produse le puteti trimite sugestia si ambalajul lor spre analiza.
