E clar ca sunt multe aspecte ce ar putea fi imbunatatite. Unul dintre acestea e traficul – cum insa Aurel l-a amintit deja (alaturi de altele importante) nu voi insista.
Sunt aspecte pe care insa nu le pot schimba desi mi-as dori: sa nu mai fie atatia nesimtiti, sa nu mai fie oameni care chinuie animalele, sa nu mai fie hoti si tot soiul de criminali. Si sa nu mai fie inconstienti care isi lasa gps-urile in torpedou astfel incat daca tu ai cap pe umeri si il iei in casa, lasand insa suportul pentru telefon lipit de parbriz, sa nu te mai trezesti dimineata cu geamul spart si torpedoul deschis. Fireste, nu au avut ce sa iti fure… dar paguba tot ti-au facut si tot te-ai ales cu drumuri de facut doar pentru ca altii nu gandesc.
Mi-ar placea ca amenzile sa fie date pentru orice incalcare – de la trecut pe rosu pana la taiat intersectia si luat fata, de la fumat in locuri publice (cand poate tu esti racit si acel fum te face sa te usture nasul si gatul vina ta fiind ca esti pe strada) – si mai ales sa fie platite. Daca tot s-au dat amenzi se poate incerca urmarirea incasarii lor: astfel capitala ar avea mai multi bani la buget si poate ca nu le-ar mai conveni tuturor sa incalce legile pentru ca ar fi constienti ca ar plati pentru asta cu varf si indesat. Statul ar trebui sa se considere un patron – cel mai mare – cu angajati care au indatoriri si care pot fi pedepsiti dur daca nu si le indeplinesc. Ar fi minunat ca toti cei ce trebuie sa aplice legea – indiferent de grad sau institutie pe care o reprezinta – nu s-ar mai lasa mituiti, ba chiar sa fie si ei pedepsiti daca este cazul. Era o completare care circula pe Internet: Romanul s-a nascut poet; mai bine se nastea neamt. Daca tot vrem sa fim mai bine vazuti, daca tot ne dorim sa fie totul mai corect, atunci am putea incepe – fiecare cat de putin poate – sa corectam ceea ce nu ne place. Dar sa avem si suportul statului.

Ar trebui verificate toate acestea – de la peretii sparti pentru a obtine mai multe camere si pana la impactul pe care il are mutarea bucatariei – cu mobila si tot ce presupune – in balcoane. Ar trebui analizata care este sarcina prevazuta a fi sustinuta si care este sarcina existenta acum – de la amintitele bucatarii pana la gresie pusa in blocuri ce nu au fost asa construite. Ar trebui de asemenea sa fie verificate structurile de rezistenta ale locuintelor – fie ca sunt blocuri, fie ca sunt case tocmai pentru a asigura o circulatie fara pericol prin capitala: in caz de cutremur sunt o gramada de blocuri si case ce stau sa cada. O bulina nu este suficienta in momentul in care ai case pe langa care trebuie sa treci pentru ca pe acolo te poarta pasii in drum spre destinatie. Ar trebui de asemenea sa se afle exact numarul de locatari din fiecare casa (cati nu stau fara a plati)?
Acestea sunt cateva aspecte la care ma gandesc acum. Daca imi mai amintesc si altele voi edita aceasta insemnare.
