De asemenea, cautati oamenii pe care ii stiti ca v-ar putea ajuta cu o recomandare, sau chiar angaja. Cautati companii in care va doriti sa lucrati si aplicati direct si la ei. Important este sa fiti invitati la interviuri si sa ajungeti cat mai curand in postura de a alege un post, un nou loc de munca.
Si inca ceva: atentie la bugetul personal. Demitere inseamna ca nu ati plecat “cu spatele asigurat” ceea ce implica o perioada nedeterminata in care toate cheltuielile trebuie sustinute din rezerva existenta (care ar trebui sa existe, mai corect spus). Asta si pentru ca daca cumva lucrati cu o parte din bani oficial si restul nu, puteti fi siguri ca ii veti primi doar pe cei oficiali cand va veni vremea “reglarii conturilor”. Doar nu aveti nicio dovada a salariului real, nu? (argument la care trebuie sa va asteptati)
Si inca ceva: aveti grija si la ce se intampla ulterior – nu se stie niciodata cine pune vreo “vorba buna” undeva.

Am citit zilele astea o carte scrisa pe jumatate in gluma si pe jumatate in serios. Se cheama Ghidul supravietuirii la birou. Am devorat’o aseara (ok, recunosc, nu e o carte pentru intelectualii grei 🙂 ), insa face bine la tonus si la atitudine.
Costina draga, crede-ma ca mi-ar fi placut sa nu fie nevoie de acest post. Doar ca am multe persoane in jurul meu care au trecut prin aceasta situatie. Unele au avut si ele prieteni inainte care au trecut prin situatii similare si au stiut cum sa reactioneze. Alte persoane au pierdut mult.
Evident ca nu doresc nimanui aceasta ipostaza, insa daca se intampla sa apara… macar cateva linii directoare cunoscute pot aduce mari beneficii. Sau macar reduce pierderile.
din pacate, niciunul dintre sfaturile tale nu indeamna “populatia” spre lege. este adevarat, recomanzi cititorilor sa citeasca ce semneaza, dar chiar si atunci cand citesc din timp, fara a cunoaste prevederile legale, nu au cum sa inteleaga. in tara asta, din pacate, putini sunt cei care citesc legi (in cazul de fata codul muncii) si atunci de ce ne miram ca se incalca drepturile omului? cum poti reclama ca ti s-a refuzat un drept daca nici macar nu stii ce reclami? eu as porni de la declaratia universala a drepturilor omului, as merge apoi spre constitutie – sunt lucruri de baza.
nu o spun cu rautate, dar este bine ca atunci cand emitem recomandari sa ne punem un pic in locul celor care s-ar afla intr-o astfel de situatie. “eu ce-as face?”

A citi drepturile – se presupune ca e un act pe care il realizezi in momentul in care te angajezi undeva: stii clar care e fisa postului, care sunt drepturile si obligatiile tale ca angajat si evident incerci sa nu le incalci.
Prin cunostinte ma refeream la avocati – am specificat clar – ca atare persoane care cunosc exact ce spui tu: legea. Daca vorbim in avans… pentru cei ce au vreme, da ar trebui sa citeasca si codul muncii. Cum insa acesta – ca majoritatea prevederilor legale la noi – se schimba des… nici nu stii cand sa il recitesti.

Eu nu am fost concediata, mi-am dat demisia, intr-o situtie care intrecea limitele. Sunt multi factori psihologici care te incearca atunci cand patesti asa ceva.Momentan sunt in cautari atat profesionale, financiare, cat si psihologice.E greu sa traiesti o drama de genul asta, iti demasca frustrarile si iti detroneaza increderea.Dar asta este, un gand imi inunda mintea:NU e timp pentru lamentari, e timp pentru actiune si re-evaluare!
Stiu cat de mult conteaza macar in treacat sa afli cate ceva pe teme ce ted pot afecta. S-ar putea ca informatii care crezi ca nu iti sunt de folos sa se dovedeasca utile in imprejurari din cele mai ciudate.
La partea cu demisia… aici lucrurile se complica. Deja esti marginalizat, in multe locuri, toti te privesc stramb, altii sunt de partea ta – oricum situatia nu e placuta. Uneori nu esti crezut cand spui ce te-a determinat… alteori preferi sa nici macar nu marturisesti motivul adevarat.
Dar, orice e pas e facut – sau ar trebui facut – inainte. Cu optimism si gandire pozitiva. Vorba ta – fara lamentari – sau doar pe termen ffff scurt. Cu actiuni si fapte pentru viitor nu pentru accentuarea unei situatii actuale deloc placute.
Eu iti urez mult succes la noul loc de munca – atunci cand va fi cazul.
Si la fel le doresc mult succes si celor ce ajung sa fie concediati. E doar o etapa, sau un moment, nu o tragedie: sunt lucruri mult mai grave!
