MedLife Centrul de Fiziokinetoterapie si Recuperare Medicala sau unde ma duc pentru recuperarea mea si inot Eric
Dupa cum am spus a trebuit sa trec printr-o operatie nu tocmai placuta la genunchi anul acesta – mpfl reconstruction. Dupa o asemenea interventie – si dupa multe altele similare – e nevoie de recuperare, iar aceasta include mersul la bazin.
A fost o intreaga “distractie” cu gasitul acestui bazin, pentru ca, vedeti voi, nu putea fi unul simplu, aveam nevoie sa pot fi asezata in apa, eu neputand indoi piciorul si folosind carja si avand mari dureri. Un bazin “obisnuit” iesea asadar din calcul dupa cum am constatat curand. Plus ca trebuia un loc cu putine scari – si cu bare (la un bazin aproape ca sa NU aveau nici bare si era iarna si scarile cu pojghita de polei…).
Dupa ce am intrebat multa lume si pierdut ore cu cautarile, am gasit Centrul de Fiziokinetoterapie si Recuperare Medicala de la MedLife.
La bazinul lor ajungi relativ usor – de la parter la subsol au lift si pana acolo sunt putine scari (daca am putut urca eu) iar in bazin pe cei care nu pot cobori pe scara ii coboara cu un scaun pana in apa (si ii scot la fel). Acum eu pot cobori scara, insa initial nu puteam deloc nici sa indoi piciorul asa ca… a fost minunat.
Avand in vedere insa ca tot trebuie sa merg la bazin de minim 2 ori pe saptamana, am zis sa poate nu strica sa il iau si pe Eric. Nu vreau sa scot din el inotator de profesie, dar cum ii place apa am zis sa profitam. Si, ce sa vezi, adora sa mearga 😉
La centru o sa gasiti 2 cadre medicale – Mihaela Mihaescu si Paul Vasilescu. Noi mergem la Mihaela, medic de altfel cum spuneam, care si coordoneaza miscarile care trebuie realizate si precizeaza program de exercitii. Au si sala, nu doar bazin – dupa cum reiese din poza (unde e chiar doamna doctor).
Singurul dezavantaj este pretul: un abonament de 10 sedinte la bazin este 550 de lei. Nu e putin, o stiu, la mine a fost insa singurul loc unde am gasit o modalitate prin casa sa fiu coborata in bazin. In plus, apa din bazin e Ok si pentru copii si post-operatii.
Am vazut in timp aici multi copii venind sa inoate, dar si multi oameni venind pentru recuperari diverse.

Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
