Rod Stewart si trei melodii ce au cucerit o lume intreaga
Sunt oameni care raman in memoria tuturor si melodii care cuceresc generatii dupa generatii si raman actuale.
Astazi va propun sa ne aducem putin aminte de Rod Stewart – un cantaret inca activ. Despre el putem afla informatii detaliate de pe Wikipedia sau ii putem accesa site-ul oficial, unde observam ce albume a mai lansat si multe alte elemente interesante.
Am gasit pe YouTube si 3 melodii pe care le ascult cu drag, una avand chiar o semnificatie aparte, piese care sunt sigura ca plac multora.
Sa ne lasam invaluiti de un glas cu un timbru aparte:

Acum l-ai descoperit?
Eu de cel putin 30 de ani ascult si nu ma mai satur.
Poate exagerez (pentru cei care nu inteleg) dar m-a insotit in toata adolescenta mea si apoi in viata.
L-am descoperit la radio pe programul 3 (partial stereo- pentru cei care stiu despre ce vorbesc) cand am plecat de la o intalnire ( aveam muuuult!! mai putini ani ca acum) sa inregistrez pe magnetofon cele trei melodii pe care le dadeau atunci.
Iti sugerez sa cauti “if only” sa-ti pui castile , sa dai tare si apoi o sa intelegi !
Suna cam patimas postul meu dar nu m-am putut abtine.
Am tot ce a cantat el de la perioada “Faces” pana la “The great american song book” si “Still the same” pe tote suporturile…
Sa ascultati cu placere
Multumesc frumos pentru recomandari. Nu l-am descoperit acum – il stiu de multi ani, dovada faptul ca e la rubrica Remember. Sunt insa valori de care merita sa ne aducem aminte nu doar dupa ce au disparut dintre noi, ci si cand inca putem sa ii mai vedem in concerte sau la TV.
Sper ca aceste 3 melodii au fost totusi niste aduceri-aminte frumoase!
O seara frumoasa!
Sigur ca au fost , sunt, si vor fii !
Sailing de pe “Atlantic Crossing” este o melodie care are pentru mine o semnificatie deosebita!
Hai sa-ti propun un test .
Daca ai avea un suport pe care sa poti pune O SINGURA melodie a lui Rod Stewart ce ai alege “. Repet, una singura!
Datorita unor semnificatii personale (prima melodie pe care am dansat la nunta cu al meu sot si o melodie pusa de el si la telefon intr-o seara) – Have I told you lately. Nu inseamna ca nu imi plac multe altele – prima cu care l-am auzit este Sailing, asa ca si ea are un loc aparte.
Pentru tine?
Pentru mine este mai greu.
Dar daca as alege ar fi “What Am I Gonna Do (I’m So In love With You) ”
La mica distanta “Some Guys Have All The Luck”
Aceste doua imi aduc aminte de multe evenimente mai mult sau mai putin fericite din viata mea.
Ma bucur sa vad ca exista printre tinerii de azi (!) si unii care asculta si altceva decat imbecilitatile de pe piata.
Eu am doua fete , cea mare este de varsta ta si ele asculta ca si mine muzica adevarata.
Sunt curios sa te intreb care este melodia (tot una singura ! ) care este cea mai importanta pentru tine . Ma refer la toata muzica……
Iti recomand sa cauti DVD-ul “It Had To Be You” si dupa ce-l vezi linistita ai sa descoperi si alte fatete ale lui Rod Stewart.
Multumesc, din nou, pentru recomandare. Remarc si o noua provocare – cea cu melodia. E dificil de ales una singura intrucat sunt multe cu mesaj si cu muzica de valoare. Am avut mai demult pe acest blog o insemnare cu cateva melodii care imi plac (5 – poate fi citita aici si chiar recomand insemnarea intrucat si acolo e muzica de calitate prezentata). Fiecare piesa are mesajul sau si poate ca fiecare se potriveste unei anumite perioade din viata. Asa ca, daca ar trebui aleasa o singura melodie, aceasta ar trebui sa sintetizeze cumva o viata. In acest caz cred ca melodia “castigatoare” este My way – Frank Sinatra.

“Melodia” pentru mine , care coincide si cu “Melodia” sotiei mele este de la Deep Purple si se numeste “Sweet Child In Time”.
Avem amandoi o rezonanta deasebita la aceasta melodie.
Stii , ai avut senzatia ca intr-un loc si la un moment dat trebuie sa asculti ceva anume ?
Eu am trait de cateva ori asemenea momente. Ultimul a fost acum catva ani in Pasul Urdele pe DN 67C, drumul care este mai sus de Transfagarasan , unde am oprit si am ascultat Nat Kig Cole, ca asa am simtit eu in acel moment.
Pentru mine, muzica toata viata mea a fost un refugiu, o alternativa la vremurile acelea crancene pe care le-am trait ca adolescent si tanar la inceputul vietii.
De aceea sunt asa pasionat de muzica si am asemenea trairi.
Ca tot vorbim de muzica ia sa te uiti pe you tube la The Real Thing-You to me are everything. Este de asemenea o melodie care are semnificatii deosebite pentru mine.
Ca tot vine Craciunul iti doresc numai bine si sanatate !
Numai bine si un Craciun fericit – si evident sanatate intregii familii si un 2009 cat mai bun!
nu ascult rod stewart de 30 de ani, da’ de vreo 18 cred ca da! pentru mine muzica a inceput cu el!

Si eu l-am descoperit pe Rod Stewart ascultand o melodie cam de pe atunci , una la fel (sau poate si mai) trista .
Este vorba de “I’d rather go blind”
Hai sa remarcam sensibilitatea din melodiile lui , evolutia lui de la simplitatea melodiilor din perioada “Faces” in care vocea lui a devenit cunoscuta pana la interpretarile extraordinare
ale unor melodii consacrate.
Uite, am observat ca de cele mai multe ori interpretarea de catre altii (decat autorii) a unor
melodii este mai reusita. Nu vorbesc de Rod Stewart ca sunt subiectiv, el este “the One” pentru mine.
Ia ganditi-va la “stand by me” a lui Ben King , nu este cantata mult mai bine de Demis Roussos ?
Ma bucur sa vad ca se mai asculta muzica adevarata si ca acum la batranete (!!) pot sa-i
vad live pe cei pe care i-am ascultat o viata intraga .
Am fost la Deep Purple pe stad. Cotroceni anul trecut si am avut senzatia ca am trait un vis . Sa-l vad in direc pe Ian Gillan si sa ascult acea muzica , a fost extraordinar pentru mine si sotia mea care am crescut cu muzica aceea.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
