Daca persoana ce i-a oferit acel fluturas nu stie sa raspunda bine la intrebari, sau macar sa indrume spre un numar de telefon pentru mai multe informatii, daca persoana da un raspuns de tipul: “eu nu stiu, dau doar fluturasul”, atunci iarasi aveti de pierdut.
Persoanele ce impart fluturasii sunt purtatorii dumneavoastra de imagine. Trebuie sa aveti grija de multe lucruri – de la cum arata persoanele ce impart acei fluturasi si pana la cum vorbesc; de la cum arata si pana la cum se comporta. Nu uitati insa ca ei sunt poate prima interactiune pe care o are un potential client/consumator cu a dumneavoastra companie, cu serviciul sau produsul oferit de dumneavoastra.
Din pacate multi au experiente mai putin placute cu cei ce impart fluturasi. Sunt insa si experiente frumoase. Voi ce fel de experiente ati avut cu persoanele ce ofereau fluturasi?
