|E usor sa iti faci un blog sau un cont pe Twitter, Facebook sau alta asemenea retea.
Citeam azi un studiu care arata ca social media au depasit cea mai importanta activitate care se realiza pe web, ca 1 din 8 cupluri casatorite in SUA s-au cunoscut online si asa mai departe. Aveti intregul studiu si informatiile sale interesante aici.
S-ar putea spune si ca retelele sociale se inmultesc precum ciupercile dupa ploaie. Una-doua mai apare ceva, esti invitat sa iti creezi un cont undeva, mai auzi de un loc unde iti poti promova articolele etc.
Insa cum faci? Te arunci cu capul inainte si vezi ce iese sau ai un plan?
In mod normal ar trebui sa stii ce iti doresti, ce implica social media, ce poti obtine, ce ar trebui sa faci etc. Si poti afla despre fiecare retea in parte – de la informatii oficiale si pana la parerile utilizatorilor impartasite pe diverse bloguri, poti citi articole si chiar studii. Afli relativ usor care sunt tipurile de bloguri in functie de criteriile de clasificare, tipurile de conturi pe Twitter, cum e cu paginile si cu grupurile pe Facebook sau LinkedIN, Google ori Yahoo si cine stie ce alte retele.
Dar tu ti-ai stabilit clar ce vrei sa faci online?
Te intereseaza traficul? Esti in cautarea expunerii parerilor? Vrei sa povestesti informatii din viata personala? Doresti sa promovezi strict actiunile tale si sa vorbesti despre proiectele in desfasurare?
Vad foarte multa lume care se arunca in valtoarea social media fara insa a avea o directie clara. Evident ca in timp poti sa iti mai adaptezi strategia si ca lucrurile sunt mereu in miscare, insa nu se poate porni fara o directie cat de cat clara.
In business – fie ca vorbim de conturile unor persoane importante din companii, fie ca vorbim chiar de conturile oficiale ale diverselor afaceri – lipsa unei strategii poate fi fatala.
In PR se spune ca nu faci nimic fara cercetare. Se pune foarte mare accent pe aceasta parte – cel putin in partea de studii. In practica – evident ca lucrurile mai difera. Insa o cercetare – obtinerea unor informatii de baza – trebuie sa fie avute.
E drept ca uneori nu exista nici timpul si nici disponibilitatea de a cauta informatiile. Solutia? Discutia cu un om care se ocupa de acest segment. Am oferit consiliere pe exact acest segment: informatii de baza pe social media. Apoi desigur lucrurile au mers mai departe si am pus la punct o strategie pe care ulterior clientii au pus-o in practica. La fel am facut si pentru mine: am pornit la drum dupa ce m-am informat si stiind clar ce doresc de la conturile mele.
Din acest motiv stiu clar de ce imi doresc si las un anumit profil vizibil doar pentru cei din cadrul retelei, de ce altele sunt vizibile online, ce informatii ofer, cat divulg si asa mai departe.
Sunt insa elemente obtinute in ani de experienta si intr-adevar un client e mai castigat daca vorbeste si cu o persoana care se ocupa de social media, nu doar citeste (e vorba aici si de o economie de timp).
Evident insa ca nu e imposibil nici sa faci singur toata cercetarea si strategia. Dar nu porni la drum fara ele.
