Du-ti resturile la gunoi; ai grija de produsele clientului!
Nu, nu va speriati, cele doua elemente din titlu sunt complet separate. M-am decis azi sa va vorbesc putin despre 2 lucruri care vad ca sunt des prezente pe la noi si care sigur ii deranjeaza pe multi. Si sa vedem poate gasim totusi niste solutii, ca sa trecem de zona plansului si a discutiilor care in final nu duc la nicio rezolvare.
Bu.
Intai partea cu resturile.
Mergi si tu ca omul undeva – sa zicem cinema. Si vezi ca multi isi iau diverse – floricele, suc etc. Nicio problema – e dreptul fiecaruia.
Dar n-ar putea ca la final toata lumea sa care – stiu, e dificil, atarna – paharul si suportul in care au fost produsele pana la cosurile de gunoi si sa le arunce? Sunt atat de aproape cosurile – repet, stiu, e un efort dar… se poate, va zic eu din proprie experienta.
La fel e cazul cu locurile unde se mananca si ar trebui ca la final sa iti duci tava si sa arunci resturile, lasand masa curata.
De ce e oare asa dificil?
Acum sa nu ma intelegeti gresit. Nu spun ca nimeni nu face asta. ba chiar ma mandresc cu multi cunoscuti si prieteni care duc resturile la gunoi. La fel am vazut multi oameni care sunt civilizati. Sunt insa si multi – si din pacate si tineri – care nu fac acest minim gest de respect pentru ei si pentru ceilalti.
Solutii de-ai “civiliza” gasim oare?
Acum sa ajungem si la partea a doua – cu grija pentru produsele clientului.
Tu, companie, oferi un serviciu. Sa spunem ca acel serviciu inseamna ca in schimbul unei sume de bani ei iti tin o perioada un bun – ca apoi sa ti-l returneze. In schimb lasi altele. Poate ca prima oara serviciul e oferit gratuit – tocmai ca sa te atraga. Daca tot e promo (si chiar daca nu e) te astepti ca serviciul sa fie de calitate, sa te indemne sa revii, nu?
Ei bine… nu e cazul peste tot asa. Sau cel putin nu a fost la noi. Se duce sotu-mi drag de dimineata sa schimbe, la dealer, cauciucurile de iarna cu cele de vara. Aceasta inseamna primirea celor de vara – care n-au mers decat 50 de m in parcarea lor, la livrarea masinii in decembrie – cu tot cu jantele de aliaj. Numai ca… surpriza… jantele-s zgariate.
Frumos, nu?
Deci, daca tot oferi un serviciu, macar ofera-l ca lumea, de calitate. Altfel zau, te rog nu-l oferi!

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
