Multi oameni critica mancarea tip fast-food si firmele care o comercializeaza. Sunt multi insa cei care merg la asemenea locuri pentru a manca. Exista tot felul de articole si de e-mailuri care circula si in care se prezinta modul in care arata produsele X si Y dupa nu stiu cat timp, in care unii spun ca stiu cum s-ar fabrica anumite produse de la anumite firme si asa mai departe.
Bineinteles, exista oameni care ii condamna pe altii pentru ca merg sa manance la fast-food.
La fel de clar este si faptul ca exista persoane care spun ca sunt multe alte locuri unde ai putea manca mai sanatos.
Eu cred ca oricine isi doreste sa poata manca bine, sanatos si sa plateasca si un pret decent. Tocmai de aceea am ales ca astazi sa va rog sa incercam sa adunam recomandari de locuri unde se poate manca bine, la pret de fast-food. Locuri accesibile.
Plecam de la urmatoarea premisa: nu iti poti face mancare acasa. Nu conteaza motivele. Ideea e ca aceasta varianta – mancarea gatita acasa – nu exista. La fel, nu ai rude care sa iti gateasca si sa o iei. Ce solutii pentru a manca sanatos exista?

Si n-ai sucul inclus la meniu. La fel – si fara bautura si cu mancare grasa – gasesti si alternativele La Zamfir ori Risaka.
Vrei sa mananci sanatos. Dar nu ai buget de restaurant. Ce alternative ai? – astfel incat sa nu bati orasul de la un cap la altul pentru a gasi un singur loc?
Repet: premisa este ca nu nu intra in calcul gatitul acasa. Nu insistati asadar pe aceasta directie pentru ca nu pe ea o aducem in discutie. Intrebarea simpla este: unde mancam sanatos si la pret de fast-food (35-47 de lei pentru 2 persoane, meniu cat sa tina si de pranz si de cina!!!) in oras?
Si ca sa dau “startul recomandarilor” incep cu restaurantul La mama care livreaza si acasa. Are disponibile niste meniuri la 18 lei, care includ o portie de ciorba, un fel de mancare, o garnitura si o salata. Evident sunt toate prezentate pe site. Dar sunt varianta mica si evident sunt minunate pe post de pranz, dar atat – si nici nu includ apa plata de pilda. In consecinta deja depasesc bugetul – plus ca nu poti manca mereu de la ei.
Hai sa le oferim impreuna tuturor celor care vor sa manance sanatos si nu pot face asta acasa solutii bune si, repet, in bugete accesibile pentru ca mancatul la restaurant nu e deloc ieftin.
Precizare: Stiu ca in alte orase exista restaurante unde preturile fac cu succes concurenta fast-food-urilor (am mancat chiar eu in Ramnicu Valcea si in Galati in cateva asemenea locuri). Ce solutii avem insa pentru orasele mari?
