Este extrem de usor sa iti dai cu parerea cu privire la modalitatile in care anumite aspecte (daca nu chiar intreaga viata) a cuiva, persoana pe care o cunosti mai mult sau mai putin bine, ar putea fi imbunatatite. Auzi sau vezi cate ceva din viata acelei persoane si sfatu-i gata, ai facut clar lista cu ce trebuie, cand trebuie realizat pentru ca lucrurile sa fie mai bune.
Mai bune? sau oare asa cum crezi tu ca ar fi bine? Ori, si mai corect spus, asa cum crezi tu ca le-ai face pentru tine, daca totul ti s-ar intampla tie, intocmai precum i se intampla acelei persoane?
Numai ca, vezi tu, viata este a acelei persoane, nu a ta. Ea a ajuns in acea situatie in functie de un numar de factori. Mai mult, poate ca acea persoana este foarte multumita cu modul in care arata viata ei. In fond, oameni diferiti au asteptari diferite de la viata, idealuri diferite.
Cel mai frumos este atunci cand o persoana spune ce ar face daca ar fi altcineva, dar in viata ei nu pune in practica aceleasi sfaturi/principii. Sigur, sfaturile-s bune, ideile-s minunate, dar sa faca altii. Mereu altii. Dar tu, tu cel care oferi sfatul, ce ai? Esti cumva mai presus de ceilalti?
Era o melodie a lui Michael Jackson – nu, nu sunt fanul lui, nu am fost fanul lui (ba, un fapt amuzant, e ca a murit fix in ziua in care am plecat in concediu in Viena si ca atare toate ziarele si posturile de televiziune, pe perioada concediului, dadeau numai stiri despre el – si eu voiam sa citesc si sa ascult germana lor :)) ) – insa era o melodie zic care spunea cam asa: start with the man in the mirror. Da, cu tine, cel care vorbesti foarte usor.
Este simplu sa ii judeci pe altii, chiar si in lipsa mai multor surse de informatie. Sigur ca lucrurile au diverse nuante, ca una e sa consideri ca o persoana nu este buna daca afli ca este pedofil si eventual a si recidivat. Dar atunci cand ai doar franturi din viata cuiva, este oare indicat sa judeci imediat?
Eu indraznesc sa spun ca inainte de a te uita si de a face ordine in ograda altora, ar trebui sa verifici ograda proprie. S-ar putea sa iti placa tot ceea ce vei gasi – motiv, evident, de bucurie – dar s-ar putea si sa constati ca ai multe lucruri de imbunatatit si cale lunga pana la a face curat prin curtea altcuiva.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.

Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
