Be nat, un restaurant tip take away in Bucuresti, cu produse gatite sub 100 de grade
|Am primit mai demult o propunere de a face un material pe PRwave despre brandingul unui restaurant cu un concept interesant. Intre timp am publicat acel articol, insa am zis sa merg mai departe si sa vad exact cum sunt produsele oferite de Be nat.
Asa ca intr-o seara am mers la Be nat unde am avut placerea de a-l avea ca interlocutor pe Jose Luis Estradas, unul dintre partenerii in acest interesant proiect. Spun proiect, pentru ca Be nat poate fi gasit la Piata Victoriei, este un altul in Pipera si din ce am auzit, vor mai fi si poate chiar la nivel national.
Conceptul Be nat este simplu – vorbim de axarea pe take away – produse pe care vii, le comanzi si le iei la pachet – acasa, la serviciu, unde doresti. Exista, la Victoriei, si un lounge – pentru cei care vor sa eat in – stau cateva minute asadar si isi savureaza mancarea.
Mancarea este preparata in ziua aceea – totul este asadar proaspat. De asemenea, la Be nat se foloseste o tehnica mai noua care include gatitul la aburi in vid – totul se face intr-un timp mai mare, insa la o temperatura care nu ajunge la 100 de grade, ceea ce inseamna ca preparatele (carnea, legumele) isi pastreaza mai multe proprietati. Gustul este mai aproape de cel natural, vitaminele raman si ele, mancarea fiind sanatoasa (metoda nu inseamna ca aveti produsele in sange sau nefacute).
O sa remarcati produse diverse – n-am incercat, dar mi-e pofta de pui cu curry asa ca o sa trec intr-o zi, cat mai curand, sa iau o portie – de la pui la peste, paste si chiar produse vegetale (cum este lasagna vegetala pe care am incercat-o si care este interesanta – recunosc insa ca raman un fan al mancarii cu carne 😉 ).
Gasiti si sushi – va recomand chiar sushi appetizer – 8 buc. la 18.9 lei (un pret foarte bun fata de tot ce am zarit pe piata). A incercat sotul sushi si i-a placut mult (eu tot asa, data urmatoare 😉 ). Gasiti si supe crème – Andrei a incercat una si i-a placut de asemenea. Ah, va recomand insa sa va luati si un suc. Natural, fresh, pregatit pe loc – vitamine si gust, cum ziceam, recomand!
Dar vedeti intreg meniul aici (au si meniuri promo) si de asemenea vedeti si zonele in care fac livrari pe moment aici – odata ce vor mai aparea noi restaurante Be nat si aria de acoperire se va mari.
Ah, si inca un lucru important: in restaurant nu se fumeaza. Au si o terasa – deschisa evident cand permite timpul, insa in lounge fumatul este interzis – normal, dat fiind specificul Be nat. Recunosc, pentru mine acest element se constituie intr-un plus 😉
Cert este ca sunt in locuri unde aveti destul de usor acces astfel ca daca doriti sa incercati mancare cu specific mediteranean – si nu numai – eu va zic ca merita sa incercati si ceva bine pregatit, cu ingrediente bune, sanatoase la preturi totusi avantajoase.
