Prezentarile si tehnologia. Poti sustine prezentarea si atunci cand nu te poti baza pe laptop/videoproiector?
Am mai scris despre public speaking aici pe blog – si o voi mai face, mai ales ca ofer si traininguri pe acest segment. Astazi insa vin catre toti cei care au de sustinut prezentari cu o provocare: incercati sa sustineti prezentarea (chiar daca doar ca exercitiu) FARA niciun pic de ajutor tehnic.
Da, stiu, v-ati pregatit o prezentare. Un power point, cel mai probabil. Da, stiu, aveati acolo informatii, cateva citate, niste fotografii care sa aduca zambetul pe buzele auditoriului la momentul oportun, niscaiva date si, evident, punctele importante ale prezentarii voastre.
Vi se pare usor?
Atunci puneti in practica provocarea.
Ei, cum v-ati descurcat?
Da, acesta este unul dintre exercitiile pe care le recomand celor care au de sustinut prezentari. Din pacate, cu tot efortul depus pentru realizarea materialului de suport al prezentarii, trebuie sa luati in calcul si varianta in care s-ar putea ca, din motive independente de voi, tehnologia sa nu va poata ajuta.
Se intampla sa existe probleme de compatibilitate laptop/videoproiector. Sigur, exista stick-urile pe care se recomanda sa le utilizati ca solutie de back-up – dar se poate sa aiba probleme videoproiectorul in sine.
Imaginati-va ca este o zi cu soare, minunata, ca au mai fost prezentari in cadrul evenimentului la care luati parte si, fix la voi, este o pana de curent. Ce veti face dupa primele minute in care sperati ca problema se va rezolva rapid? Nu mai puteti amana, programul nu se va schimba, ceilalti vorbitori isi vor sustine prezentarile in ordinea convenita. Asadar da, aveti de munca: sa tineti audienta captivata de prezentarea voastra desi la dispozitie nu aveti niciun ajutor. Sunteti doar voi si publicul. Iar acesta este un adevarat test pentru absolut orice speaker.
Cum puteti ajunge sa aveti o prezentare de succes atunci cand tehnologia va lasa balta?
Aveti grija sa cunoasteti in detaliu subiectul despre care vorbiti. Nu va bazati pe citirea unor informatii de pe slide-uri.
Structurati-va clar prezentarea. Stabiliti punctele-cheie, mesajele importante pe care doriti sa le transmiteti. Structurati informatia in mod clar.
Repetati, repetati, repetati. Repetitia este mama invataturii.
Aveti incredere in voi. Nu va lasati doborati de primul obstacol. Aveti o problema? Nu-i nimic, totul are o solutie! Nu uitati ca ati fost invitati sa vorbiti despre un subiect. Auditoriul nu este acolo pentru a “va manca”, ci pentru a afla ceva interesant si, poate, chiar pentru a discuta cu voi.
Si acum un gand de final care s-ar putea sa va socheze: v-am spus despre posibilitatea ca atunci cand aveti de sustinut o prezentare sa va treziti brusc fara niciun suport: nimic nu merge. S-ar putea sa va mire, dar aceasta este o oportunitate extraordinara pentru voi ca vorbitori: da, aveti sansa de a captiva auditoriul, de a nu-i lasa sa citeasca informatia de pe slide-uri, de a-i face sa va asculte, sa interactioneze cu voi. Aveti sansa de a transmite mesajele in mod direct si tine doar de voi sa tineti oamenii in priza.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
