Relatia Sef-Angajat si un mesaj clar
Am cunostinte care nici acum nu stiu care este fisa postului lor – desi lucreaza in anumite locuri fie de multe luni, fie chiar de 1-2 ani. Unii fac mai putine decat altii. Uneori trebuie sa faca si treaba altor colegi – evident de la departamente diferite.
Comunicarea sef-angajat nu este perfecta. Poate ca nici nu va ajunge vreodata perfecta. Dar e clar loc de mai bine.
In functie de cercul in care te afli la un anumit moment dat, auzi ori problemele angajatilor, ori pe cele ale angajatorilor. Toti sunt oameni, toti au probleme si deseori auzi ca au probleme unii cu altii (si mai “amuzant” este cand auzi o problema la un angajat si apoi, in alt cerc, aceeasi problema, alt unghi, la un angajator).
Concluzia? Nu exista o comunicare foarte buna intotdeauna. Presiuni sunt din ambele parti. Teama, timiditate, invidie – si altele – sunt mereu prezente.
Solutia? Nu e usor de oferit. Si nici nu poti baga mana in foc pentru o solutie-panaceu. Dar poate iti ofera niste idei – sau o alta perspectiva – aceasta (e drept mai de demult) Note from boss to employees.
