Dependenti de munca sau NEVOITI sa munceasca?!?
|Cazul Ralucai Stroescu a tinut ocupata prima pagina a multor ziare. La televizor la stiri si nu numai s-a dezbatut de asemenea pe larg cazul ei. Este tragic ceea ce s-a intamplat si este pacat ca ajungi sa mori la munca. Insa cred ca la televizor accentul a fost uneori putin gresit pus. Incerc in randurile ce urmeaza sa si explic aceasta afirmatie.
In multe dintre companiile particulare (atentie nu este o generalizare care le implica pe toate si nici nu ma refer doar la un anumit domeniu) programul de lucru oficial este unul, cel real cu totul altul. Cu alte cuvinte stii ca ai semnat un contract oficial pe 8 ore insa la serviciu petreci minim 10. Ajungi insa si la 20 sau chiar 36 fara pauza. De altfel, la unul dintre buletinele de stiri, intervievati fiind fosti angajati ai firmei la care lucra Raluca Stroescu, s-a afirmat clar de cineva ca a stat 36 de ore continuu la lucru. Toti au amintit de asemenea despre programul infernal, despre termenele limita care trebuiau respectate.
Si aici ajungem intr-o zona sensibila. Ai un anumit program dar uneori primesti sarcini pe care e clar ca pentru a le duce la bun sfarsit trebuie sa stai peste program. Si stai o ora, apoi intervalul creste si asa ajungi sa stai mult. In momentul in care nu iti mai doresti sa stai esti indepartat, pentru ca trebuie sa existe la fel de multe realizari si pentru ca, nu-i asa, „sunt atatia la coada la usa care vor sa lucreze aici in locul tau”. Mai mult, cum in unele companii se practica si nepotismul sau angajarea unora pentru motive diferite de cel al competentei, se ajunge ca mai putini oameni bine pregatiti sa fie nevoiti sa faca munca mai multora – ca doar la final lucrurile trebuie sa fie facute asa cum trebuie. Exista si cealalta situatie cand de fapt NU EXISTA atat de multi angajati pe cat ar trebui – din motive economice evident – si atunci din ce in ce mai multe sarcini trebuie rezolvate de acelasi numar de persoane.
Sa nu uitam insa nici un alt aspect important: salariile oscileaza foarte mult de la o companie la alta. Si uneori se stie ca daca ajungi intr-o companie si doresti sa ajungi in varf si sa ai un salariu mai bun, trebuie sa muncesti mult si foarte mult peste program. O prietena a mea ajunsese acum ceva vreme intr-un post si tindea la mai bine. Era pregatita pentru acea functie pe care o dorea (pentru care sustinuse de altfel si interviul) insa acea functie era ocupata de o persoana care i-a si spus ca „eu ca sa ajung aici am muncit luni de zile si pana la 2 noaptea”.
Asadar esti tanar. Vrei si tu un viitor. Vrei o familie, vrei independenta fata de parinti, vrei o casa si o masina bune. Si parintii din pacate nu te pot ajuta. Te implici foarte mult in munca, incerci sa faci orice pentru a-ti fi bine, sa duci oricat pentru ca la un moment dat sa iti fie bine, sa poti sa iti permiti sa intemeiezi o familie, sa faci un copil, sa te bucuri de masina si de concedii. Sau esti in cealalta situatie: ai o familie de intretinut, rate si multe dari de platit si daca nu le platesti ajungi in strada. Asa ca muncesti – zi si noapte (la propriu). Iar daca ai peste XX ani, esti nevoit sa te bucuri de orice post, oricum platit, pentru ca in ochii tuturor nu mai esti bun — indiferent cat de mult poti munci si cat de competent o faci —, pentru ca mai ai in fata niste ani buni in care trebuie sa muncesti pana la pensioara mizera care te va astepta. Asta in cazul fericit in care mai ajungi sa fii pensionar.
Si atunci nu cumva te enervezi cand auzi la televizor vorbindu-se despre o pretinsa dependenta de munca, dependenta care chipurile poate fi vindecata, trebuie doar sa mergi la doctor. Si… ma intreb eu, daca merg la doctor brusc oamenii capata banii aceia de care au atata nevoie si pentru care accepta sa munceasca atat de mult? Chiar mersul la doctor presupune bani pentru tratamente si regimuri macar. Doar traim in Romania un de asistenta sociala lasa prea mult de dorit…
Poate ca o fi cazul de dependenti de munca – insa de cele mai multe ori vorbim despre NEVOITI sa munceasca pentru a putea avea din ce sa traiasca. Poate ca or fi dependenti de munca – japonezii ar fi un exemplu, ca doar si la televizor si nu numai apar materiale despre companiile lor unde pauza de pranz are loc la etajul x al cladirii, etaj amenajat ca o gradina si de asemenea unde exista hoteluri amenajate precum birourile, ca atunci cand isi iau concediul, sa nu simta ca s-au despartit prea mult de munca. Poate. Dar la noi, in majoritate, vorbim despre NEVOITI sa munceasca. Si asa, multi oricum se spetesc muncind si nu ajung decat sa isi permita sa supravietuiasca, nu sa isi indeplineasca vreun vis.
In final nu pot spune decat ca ma bucur enorm pentru cei ce nu stiu cum este sa fii nevoit sa muncesti. Si mai adaug timid speranta ca poate candva nu vor mai exista oameni nevoiti sa munceasca, adica sa fie dependenti de munca.
PS: stiu ca nu toti isi permit sa recunoasca si sa spuna cum este programul lor pentru ca ar avea probleme. Stiu ca nu multi isi permit sa puna piciorul in prag pentru ca li se spune ca e cazul sa plece (ceea ce ar fi ok, ca doar companii de potentiali angajatori sunt multe) insa unora li se spune si: „voi avea grija sa nu te mai angajeze nimeni”, sau se procedeaza asa fara sa li se spuna, si asta pentru ca e vremea celor care isi permit s-o faca. Si carora nu li se poate plati cu moneda cu care merita pentru raul facut. Si stiu si ca pana cand toti – cu adevarat toti si permanent nu vor pune piciorul in prag, nimic nu se va schimba cu adevarat.

Thanks everyone. I had surgery 4 days ago. I got a long incision too. I saw it today – it’s like 10 inches. Doc said the top side of tendon had retracted and was hard to find. Lovely. It went well though. Been resting, recovering at my parent’s with my mom taking great care of me; much better than my wife! But unfortunately I fell two might ago in the bathroom and put lots of weight on my bad foot out of reaction (propping myself up with sing and doorknob and doorknob broke!). Really painful, psychologically too. Doc today said didn’t look re-ruptured but didn’t react as well as he hoped to thompson’s test. But he said it looked ok. It depressed me to think I may have to redo everything. Have you ever heard of that? Fallen? What was the result?
