|Unii s-au aflat in situatia de a fi concediati. Altii se pot afla. Altii nu vor trece niciodata prin aceasta experienta (cei mai fericiti).
Dar… ce faci cand se intampla? nu ca ti-ai dori sa se intample.
Simplu. Sunt cateva elemente de care se poate tine cont.
In primul rand sa se afle pentru ce se ia masura. Care sunt motivele, asadar? Nu este tocmai usor sa se concedieze o persoana. Trebuie sa fie niste motive solide in baza carora se face concedierea. Evident ca aici depinde mult daca intr-adevar angajatul se face vinovat (total sau partial) de acele motive.
Pasul doi (concomitent cu pasul 1): pastrati-va firea! Ok, s-a intamplat. Nu e sfarsitul lumii, ba cel mai probabil un mare pas inainte. Poate parea mai neagra situatia acum, insa in timp se va dovedi ca nu e chiar “atat de negru” totul.
Atentie mare la ce semnati. De aceea este important sa va pastrati calmul. Cititi cu atentie ce vi se pune sub ochi pentru a semna. In acelasi timp, fiti foarte atenti la persoana care va comunica demiterea. Si la cum vine instiintarea: direct, – intr-o intalnire cu directorul general sau directorul de resurse umane – sau prin email, o hartie ce va parvine prin intermediul unui coleg s.a.m.d. Daca aveti vreun colaborator sau cunoscut avocat, il puteti suna pentru a va sfatui.
Negociati-va cu extrem de mare atentie iesirea, mai ales in cazul in care nu exista motive puternice pentru demitere. Doriti sa plec? Ok, platiti. Gasiti parghii legale pentru a-i face pe acum ex-sefi sa se tina de cuvant. Din nou, o cunostinta avocat prinde bine.
Daca va mentineti calmul, veti putea si sa va luati tot ce va apartine de acolo, inainte de a iesi pe usa. Acum ideea e asa: sunt patroni care iti dau preaviz, dar te mai cheama la birou o perioada, si altii (majoritatea) care prefera sa nu te mai vada decat cu ocazia oferirii ultimelor drepturi financiare datorate. Daca va aflati in cea de-a doua situatie, nu plecati fara cartile de vizita primite personal de dumneavoastra (adica nu cele ale firmei), dosarele si datele ce va apartin. Daca aveti vreme, puteti sa va stergeti contactele din email.
Acum ati iesit. O etapa s-a incheiat. O alta trebuie sa inceapa. Asa ca verificati-va CV-ul si apucati-va sa il inscrieti pe site-uri de profil. De asemenea, cautati oamenii pe care ii stiti ca v-ar putea ajuta cu o recomandare, sau chiar angaja. Cautati companii in care va doriti sa lucrati si aplicati direct si la ei. Important este sa fiti invitati la interviuri si sa ajungeti cat mai curand in postura de a alege un post, un nou loc de munca.
Si inca ceva: atentie la bugetul personal. Demitere inseamna ca nu ati plecat “cu spatele asigurat” ceea ce implica o perioada nedeterminata in care toate cheltuielile trebuie sustinute din rezerva existenta (care ar trebui sa existe, mai corect spus). Asta si pentru ca daca cumva lucrati cu o parte din bani oficial si restul nu, puteti fi siguri ca ii veti primi doar pe cei oficiali cand va veni vremea “reglarii conturilor”. Doar nu aveti nicio dovada a salariului real, nu? (argument la care trebuie sa va asteptati)
Si inca ceva: aveti grija si la ce se intampla ulterior – nu se stie niciodata cine pune vreo “vorba buna” undeva.
