Posta Romana si noua sa reclama
Zona de curierat si logistica s-a dezvoltat mult. Competitia este puternica in domeniu – mai ales ca aproape oricine – companie sau persoana – are nevoie de asemenea servicii.
Iata ca Posta Romana are parte de o reclama difuzata des care subliniaza traditia (“vechimea” in domeniu) si sugereaza si pozitionarea: persoana fizica mai degraba decat cea juridica (“Vom duce mereu la destinatie saruturile, sperantele si povestile tale. Pentru ca atunci cand scrii, arati ca-ti pasa.”).
Reclama se inscrie in linia celor de acum – cu o durata mai lunga, fond muzical “linistit”. Asa cum spuneam insa ramane o reclama cu o idee simpla insa bine regizata. O reclama ce reafirma pozitionarea, o reclama cu tenta emotionala. Intr-o perioada cu o sumedenie de reclame ce anunta promotii peste promotii si reduceri, bonusuri si urari de sarbatori, aceasta reclama este una calda, care nu enerveaza, nu striga o oferta si nu obliga la actiune.
Mie imi place si cred ca si publicului-tinta (pentru ca in final lui trebuie sa ii placa si in randul lui trebuie sa aiba un efect). Tie?

Si imi place ca mentioneaza schimbarea (presupun ca se refera la tehnologie), dar subliniaza faptul ca in mijlocul schimbarii unele lucruri raman la fel. Imi place la nebunie, prima oara am lacrimat cand am vazut reclama, iar vocea m-a dat gata. Cred ca sunt prea sensibil iar fetele rad de mine.
@Paula – nu stiu din surse oficiale daca s-a utilizat aceeasi persoana pentru voce ca in spotul amintit.
@Andrei Craitoiu – rar mi se intampla sa pun reclame pe care sa le laud – asa ca atunci cand mai “scapa” cate una realizatorilor ma bucur si iata o postez. Si mie mi-a placut, m-a facut sa ma gandesc la filme mai vechi si la carti, la vremuri de demult si chiar mi-am adus aminte cand am primit ultima scrisoare. Totusi nimic nu se compara cu “fiorul” asteptarii, cu bucuria gasirii unui plic in cutie si cu citirea expeditorului, deschiderea plicului si tot asa. Revenind la reclama, asa cum spuneam cred ca se adreseaza bine “target”ului, cred ca e foarte bine utilizata partea emotionala si pentru notorietate aduce de asemenea multe bneficii.
Si mie imi place reclama. Pacat de serviciile postale. Au pierdut foarte mult si singura piata tinta a lor au ramas batranii si persoanele de la sate.
Super tare reclama. Si te contrazic Viorel: eu am 32 de ani si folosesc inca serviciile lor; retragerea de bani prin Western Union e doar un exemplu.

Eu am comandat de pe Amazon 2 carti si conform estimarii facute de acestia cartile ar fi trebuit sa ajunga pe 21 Decembrie 2007. Insa una dintre ele a ajuns cu o intarziere intolerabila de 8 zile iar a doua nu era ajunsa nici pe 31 Decembrie.
Vinovata este in mod evidenta Posta Romana, o companie de incapabili, incompetenti, iresponsabili si lichele jegoase care paraziteaza societatea.
Probleme pot aparea cu orice companie – eu am avut si cu multe companii de curierat probleme mari.
Nu cred insa ca trebuie generalizat – pentru ca si eu cunosc un oficiu postal unde sunt parca alte reguli, insa la majoritatea totul e in regula. Depinde de la caz la caz – si probabil cel mai bine este sa luati legatura direct cu ei pentru solutionarea problemei.
De asemenea, aici discutia era legata de reclama companiei 🙂
