De unde strategie de afaceri coerenta cand nu avem strategie nationala coerenta?
In mod normal – in pr, afaceri.. cam oriunde de fapt – e de dorit sa existe constanta. Sa se inceapa ceva, sa se duca la bun sfarsit, sa se analizeze impactul, efectele si abia apoi sa se corecteze, daca e cazul si unde e cazul.
De unde strategie de afaceri coerenta cand nu avem strategie nationala coerenta?
Dar sa detaliez putin.
Sunt sigura ca toti cei ce citesc aceste randuri au mers la scoala. In general cam 16 ani plus unul de gradinita ar fi fost “norma” pe vremea noastra (scoala plus liceu si facultate si gradinita un an).
Acum aflam ca din nou se modifica legea invatamantului – se va ajunge la 13 ani de scoala minim – din care 3 de gradinita – inceputul fiind chiar din grupa mica – 0-3 ani. Adica de ce ar sta un copil acasa si a se bucura de copilarie, nu? De ce sa nu fie obosit de mic? Sau… de ce nu, daca un copil este bolnav si are nevoie de ingrijiri speciale si regim, de ce sa nu fie el pus laolalta cu toti? Si.. sa mai amintim ca nu exista locuri suficiente si personal cu adevarat calificat? (asta in conditiile in care daca parintii sau bunicii nu pot sta cu copilul, au libertatea de a-l da la gradinita, insa in noua varianta ar fi toti fortati.)
Auzind stirea astazi mi-am adus aminte ca si eu din cei 16 ani de scoala, in 14 s-a modificat cate ceva: in clasa a doua au dat lege ca dintr-a doua se va incepe studiul unei limbi straine. Noi eram deja a doua – asa ca urma sa incepem dintr-a treia. (aceasta schimbare a survenit odata cu Revolutia – un fel de prima consecinta in programa – alaturi de modificarea manualelor.) Si apoi an de an mai era cate ceva: ba manuale alternative, ba examen dupa cele vechi, ba nu stiu cate clase obligatorii si tot asa. Si iata ca am terminat deja facultatea de ceva vreme.. si modificari la legea invatamantului se tot fac. Pare ca intr-un fel care cum vine pe acolo vrea sa isi lase amprenta, sau sa isi faca simtita prezenta modificand ceva. Asta desi…Â “Atunci cand nu este absolut necesar sa se spuna ceva, este absolut necesar sa nu se spuna nimic.” spunea cineva si am putea adapta la situatia de fata cu modificari care atunci cand nu sunt necesare e de dorit sa nu fie realizate. Nimeni nu se gandeste la cei afectati: copii si profesori deopotriva. Si nici daca aceste masuri au efecte benefice REALE si pe termen lung.
Si aici ajungem la o alta situatie: spuneam de efecte reale. Sa luam de ex ASE-ul si facultatile de profil (de stat ori particulare). Sunt multe specializarile in urma carora studentii pot sa se angajeze in sistemul bancar si la un moment dat sa ajunga chiar directori de banci. Si se presupune ca sunt invatati bine, nu? Si ca nu ajung ca persoana (un tanar) care ieri a incercat sa se sinucida pentru ca a pierdut la casino aproape 100 000 euro furati din banca al carei administrator era. Nu discutam aici si despre sistemul de securitate al acelei banci – apropo de cine are acces la bani si de ce nu au sistem de verificare, insa puteti citi stirea aici.
Poate la un moment dat se va ajunge si la noi la o situatie clara. Pana atunci… imi aduc aminte si de o insemnare a Ellaidei…
