Cum comunici online ca ONG 1
In urma reactiilor pe care le primesc de la cei ce intra si citesc acest blog incep astazi o serie legata de ONG-uri. Sunt multe – avand dimeniuni diferite – si nu toate au fie oameni care sa se ocupe de comunicare si sa aiba si experienta, fie sprijin financiar pentru a-si permite o comunicare profesionista.
Aceasta nu inseamna insa ca trebuie sa dezarmeze. Desigur ca niciodata nu e usor si fireste ca exista diferente notabile in functie de domeniul pentru care se consitutie ONG-ul. Sunt insa elemente generale ce pot fi utilizate de toate aceste institutii. As merge mai departe si as spune chiar ca elementele pot fi utilizate de chiar multe tipuri de organizatii (inclusiv de unele folosite IMM-uri).
Un ONG se poate promova in multe feluri. Isi poate prezenta cauza, succesele, poate atrage fonduri utilizand mijloace diverse. Incep astazi o discutie despre modalitatea de comunicare online.
Cu siguranta primul element, baza acestei comunicari, este site-ul propriu. Indiferent daca este o copie a site-ului organizatiei-mama din alta tara sau un site realizat de romani, acesta trebuie sa existe. Trebuie ca intotdeauna sa se faca intai o cercetare: site-uri ale unor organizatii similare – din tara in care se organizeaza acel ONG si din alte tari. Se poate afla astfel si o structura optima a site-ului – din aceasta nelipsind desigur informatii despre asociatie, formulare, date despre activitati, mod de sponsorizare, noutati etc. Continutul trebuie adaptat tipului de ONG si informatiilor disponibile, insa se gasesc numeroase solutii. In sfarsit continutul site-ului trebuie intotdeauna actualizat.
Si la nivel de platforma se gasesc solutii – chiar gratuite – Joomla, WordPress etc. care au si numeroase teme disponibile, teme ce pot fi usor personalizabile. Se poate de asemenea sa se obtina si sprijinul unei agentii care sa ofere ca barter un design de site. La nivel de gazduire se poate de asemenea realiza un parteneriat – de dorit fiind totusi sa se achizitioneze un domeniu propriu.
Al doilea element ar putea fi comunicarea online. Aici avem insa multiple instrumente. Astazi despre doua dintre ele: comunicatele si asocierile.
Comunicatele de presa reprezinta un instrument util prin care informatii relevante despre ONG pot fi aduse la cunostinta cat mai multor persoane. Dupa redactarea materialului acesta poate fi postat gratuit pe anumite site-uri – cum sunt acum PRwave, Comunicatemedia.ro si altele. Exista apoi site-uri din domeniu – axate strict pe CSR – Responsabilitate sociala – unde pot fi trimise informatii pentru a ajunge la cei preocupati de aceasta zona. Comunicatele se pot trimite de asemenea pe email unor redactii ale unor site-uri ce pot fi interesate de subiect, agentiilor de stiri si unor jurnalisti selectati de la publicatii relevante – cei ce poate au mai scris pe teme ce tin de ONG-uri sau au avut subiecte pe domeniul ONG-ului ce trimite comunicatul.
Asocierile/Parteneriatele pot imbraca numeroase forme. Se pot realiza parteneriate media – cu site-uri sau cu bloggeri – astfel ca acestia sa sprijine o anumita cauza sau o campanie clara. Trebuie investit timp in cercetare insa se pot gasi resurse numeroase. Un site bine pus la punct si care ofera si diverse forme de bannere pe care site-urile sau bloggerii sa le poata prelua constituie un avantaj. Parteneriatele pot duce si la altfel de colaborari mai intense: postarea unor materiale, trimiterea unor newslettere catre baza de date a acelui partener, ajutor venit din partea lui (spre exemplu diseminarea informatiilor).
