Farmaciile si respectul pentru clienti
Citind titlul poate ca unii se vor astepta sa prezint situatii cu vanzatori “acri” si diverse tocmeli si alte asemenea. Desi acestea sunt situatii care se intalnesc din pacate des – si indiferent de lant – o sa ma axez pe un alt aspect, zic eu important.
Nu ne place sa fim mintiti! Mie imi place sa stiu adevarul. Astfel, daca o farmacie e deschisa in afara orelor obisnuite de program mi se pare normal sa se evidentieze, sa iti atraga atentia.
Se intampla uneori sa ai nevoie in miez de noapte de un medicament. Sa zicem ca ai norocul de a avea o masina. Te urci la volan si incepi sa cutreieri orasul. Vezi numeroase casete luminoase ce anunta locurile unde exista farmacii.
Fiindca aceste casete sunt puse la loc de cinste – uneori chiar pe marginea strazii sau in locuri oricum foarte vizibile – tresari de bucurie cand vezi astfel de elemente de promovare. Crezi in sinea ta ca daca tot e aprinsa caseta luminoasa e si farmacia deschisa. Din nefericire insa in foarte multe situatii corelatia nu exista. Reclama e asadar mincinoasa. Dar afli acest lucru abia dupa ce te-ai dat jos din masina (dupa ce in prealabil te-ai chinuit sa o parchezi undeva – sa nu lasi masina in mijlocul drumului – si asa mai departe).
Daca esti noaptea pe strazi – sau in weekend pe fuga – in cautarea unui medicament numai de pierdut timpul nu ai vreme. Mai mult te enervezi cand constati ca nu e acea farmacie deschisa.
E foarte bine ca sunt evidentiate locurile unde exista farmacii. Cu toate acestea acele elemente care promoveaza o farmacie ar trebui sa functioneze doar atat timp cat farmacia e deschisa. E vorba, pana la urma, de respect pentru clienti. Celor de la acel lant de farmacii sau chiar vanzatorilor le-ar placea ca altii sa ii insele in acelasi mod? Iata inca o data ca empatia lipseste in situatii extrem de importante! Empatia si respectul si un principiu de viata: ce tie nu-ti place altuia nu-i face!
Poate ca si aceste casete luminoase ce a) consuma energie inutil si b) sunt in anumite momente doar un tip de reclama mincinoasa tin de greselile de PR si comunicare, de imagine si promovare.
