Despre cataloage de produse, preturi si comunicare online (eficienta)
Din ce in ce mai multe persoane au acces la Internet si in Romania. Nu mai vorbim doar de un grup restrans – si in general localizat la oras. Avem acum si sate de langa marile orase care au acces online.
Pentru toti cei ce au siteuri aceasta inseamna un public mai mare caruia i se pot adresa. Minunat.
Intr-adevar exista modalitati de comunicare si promovare online – insa cu siguranta extrem de important este siteul de prezentare. Pe PRwave Blog Alina a aratat de ce Siteurile web nu sunt un moft!. Axarea a mers in general pe restaurante si hoteluri – si va invit sa cititi materialul pentru a afla punctele pe care le-a evidentiat autoarea.
Cu siguranta insa online se cauta multe alte produse: de la electrocasnice la mobila si gresie, covoare sau masini.
Daca aveti un site si aveti produse de vanzare atunci le puteti prezenta pe site. O modalitate la indemana este prezentarea produselor. Aceasta poate fi realizata pe categorii – un site al unei fabrici de mobila de exemplu va avea prezentat mobilier pentru living, pentru bucatarie, pentru baie etc. Se poate realiza chiar si un catalog. Pe site pot fi de asemenea anuntate anumite oferte speciale si promotii.
Daca exista un catalog sau sunt produse prezentate pe site ar fi de dorit sa precizati si pretul acestora. Da, acest lucru inseamna o actualizare a siteului, insa castiga si clientul, castigati si dumneavoastra. Clientul afla imediat daca se inscrie in randul potentialilor cumparatori. Poate apoi face comparatii de pret intre mai multi furnizori ai aceluiasi produs. Dumneavoastra castigati de asemenea pentru ca pe de o parte clientii ce vin in urma vizionarii siteului stiu exact ce vor, iar pe de alta parte daca nu se incadreaza (din punct de vedere financiar) in target atunci va vor evita si nu veti pierde timpul cu ei.
Fireste sfaturi si idei sunt multe. Nu uitati insa ca nu va trebuie ceva complicat, ceva extrem de costisitor sau cine stie cum: va trebuie insa ceva facut cu cap. Ceva util voua si utilizatorilor. Astfel veti avea surpriza de a castiga mult mai mult decat v-ati astepta – mai ales daca preturile sunt competitive. Si nu uitati: un client enervat, un client obosit sau unul dezamagit nu va va vorbi de bine mai departe si nu va va recomanda.
