Perioada de… fatada
|Despre vitrine decorate de Craciun am mai scris (aici) asa ca nu la acest fel de fatada ma refer.
O casa are o fatada. Da, nu locuim in case sau blocuri care sa nu fie vopsite pe dinafara. De sarbatori multi isi impodobesc locuintele si pe interior si pe exterior. Unele sunt chiar inspirat decorate.
Actiuni peste actiuni, ajutoare peste ajutoare. Daca nu auzi de minim 5 ori pe zi indemnul cu Sa fim mai buni in aceasta perioada atunci nu il auzi deloc. Toti strang fonduri, toti dau cadouri, toti ajuta acum, companiile se implica in actiuni de ajutorare.
Multe-s de fatada. Da, in aceasta perioada multe se fac de fatada. Sunt companii care gandesc activitatile de CSR sau ceva de oferit de sarbatori dupa principiul: hai sa dam si noi ceva in perioada asta si sa ne promovam, ca da bine. Sau, dar daca fac o campanie d-asta sociala, eu ce castig? Sunt sigura ca multi dintre cei ce lucreaza in relatii publice au auzit astfel de comentarii/replici.
Oamenii aceia, copiii bolnavi etc. nu au nevoie tot anul de ajutor? De ce doar de sarbatori se inghesuie unii-altii sa ajute? Doar pentru ca le mai ramane vreun buget de dat si… mai primesc si-o scutire de impozit?
Nu se gandeste ceva constant, de calitate. Nu pot sa nu-mi aduc aminte – si e legat de alta sarbatoare – de tot tam-tamul pe tema Ziua barbatului facut de o marca de bere, de premiile obtinute pe parte de PR la evenimente pentru acea campanie ce a avut si sustinere in publicitate si nu numai si cum in anul urmator cand barbatii asteptau si ei ziua lor… nimic. Pauza totala. Mi-aduc aminte de comentariile de pe Twitter, de dezamagirea multor barbati si totusi totul a trecut. Usor.
Desigur sunt exceptii sau circumstante atenuante. Clar sunt si companii care se implica in actiuni de CSR de calitate, atent programate, inserate intr-o strategie, care gandesc la actiuni de implicare sociala constante. La fel, desigur ca exista si companii care poate in anul urmator nu o duc mai bine si nu mai pot sustine o anumita implicare. De asemenea sunt de apreciat si actiunile din aceasta perioada – nu neg ca aduc zambetul pe fetele multor napastuiti si ca ii ajuta pe multi darurile primite. Dar nu aceasta ar trebui sa fie majoritatea.
Fatada e si la nivel uman. Ca tot ziceam mai sus de replica cu “sa fim mai buni”. Avem vizite de complezenta, obligatii, telefoane de dat la unii altii – insa din obligatie multe, nu din placere. Tot de fatada se fac diverse cadouri – pentru multe nici macar nu se gadeste cel ce ofera la cel ce primeste (de aici o sumedenie de situatii absolut deranjante) si tot de fatada se fac multe altele. Oameni care stii cum se poarta in mod obisnuit, ce zic si ce fac brusc sunt cuprinsi de piosenie – eventual mai merg si la biserica si vai ce sfinti sunt ei. Din nou exista si exceptii – oameni care nu s-au vazut de mult, cadouri date din suflet etc. dar din nou nu aceasta este majoritatea.
Cel mai mult ma amuza cum trece brusc dupa 25-26 spiritul acesta de ajutorare. Pai sigur. Gata. Ti-am dat cadoul, am primit cadoul, acum hai sa petrecem ca vine anul nou. Dar nu-i nimic, de Pasti va trebui sa fim iar mai buni.
Zau daca dintr-o perioada de vis nu imi pare aceasta perioada ca una plina de ipocrizie…
ai mare dreptate, Loredana, dar macar si de fatada, daca fac ceva oricat de putin, macar de sarbatori, tot e ceva, fata de nimic, nu? sa-i incurajam sa faca, nu sa le dam in cap celor prea putini care fac ceva… fie si doar pt imagine… ca ne mor copiii prin spitale cu zile si au nevoie de orice ajutor oricat de mic… In timp, vor intelege si managerii de firme sa faca mai mult, dar pic cu pic se face suficient sa mai salvam o viata nevinovata…
Spuneam si in post ca e bine sa ajute si acum – mai ales ca asa unor fiinte le poate fi mai bine – insa militez si pentru incadrarea CSRului ca activitate in cadrul strategiei companiei si pentru actiuni constante si implicari cu cap realizate 🙂
sigur ca asta e idealul si oamenii buni de PR ar treb sa influenteze pe patroni / manageri spre CSR constant pe orice nisa vor ei. Insa putin cu putin azi si maine, se face putintel mai mult 🙂 si poimaine vor face poate toti CSR… atunci sa vezi “bataie’ pe campanii… 🙂 mai e pina atunci insa, suntem la “gradinita” cu asta 🙂
iti pare doar? eu sunt convinsa si nu este o concluzie trasa ieri-azi, ci in decursul catorva ani de zile….omul este un animal ipocrit in general, iar lucrurile bune se fac, din punctul meu de vedere, oricand e nevoie de ele, nu in functie de o anumita perioada a anului…si stim cu totii, ca o boala nu vine in perioada craciunului sau a pastelui, ci pe nepregatite.

Din pacate asistam si in Romania in ultimii ani, la fenomenul,, sa fim mai buni in preajma sarbatorilor”. Dupa sarbatori este libera iar jungla. Categoriile dezavantajate au anumite nevoi si probleme in timpul anului, pe care le putem rezolva in parte, dezvoltand activitati de CSR si nu numai. Persoanele din firme, companii sa fie mai deschisi la problemele comunitatii in care traiesc, s-ar putea sa fie viitorii clienti sau colegi, prieteni.
“Perioada de… faÅ£adă” are, din nefericire, un efect dezastruos la nivel personal, deÅŸi puÅ£ini realizează că distrug chiar înteriorul lor cu asemenea făţărnicii… Cum se poate lupta împotriva valului de prefăcătorii ce vin ca o avalanşă peste noi?
Să ne dorim din tot sufletul să fim mai frumoÅŸi ÅŸi mai buni: în orice secundă, de-a lungul vieÅ£ii…

@sorin Exact: problemele nu dispar pentru ca de Craciun sau de Paste se ofera o suma sau niste produse. Evident e bine ca se ofera si atunci – apropo de ce spune @Mariana Duma – dar nu e normal ca totul sa fie doar o anumita perioada. E una sa vorbim de o firma mica, firma ce incearca si ea sa ajute – si atunci e de apreciat ca ajuta oricand are bani – insa firme mari… parca as vrea sa vad constanta la ele.
@Catia Eu zic ca putem sa rezistam. Eu una rezist. Ma sperie ce vad dar ma bucur cand constat ca nu sunt singura care gandeste asa. In final.. noi decidem ce vrem pentru noi – inclusiv cum vrem sa fim.
Ce ma scoate pe mine din minti in aceasta perioada sunt acele mesaje penibile, trimise tuturor oamenilor din agenda, care incep cu “fie ca” si se continua cu cele mai inventive urari din categoria sentimentalismelor cleioase. Sfanta lumina si pace in suflet ma calca pe nervi. Plus ca fiind date tuturor si semnate cu nume si prenume, pentru a fi potrivite si sefului si celei mai bune prietene, anuleaza dun start orice legatura speciala intre oameni. am auzit de un domn care i-a trimis tatalui lui, care era printre cei o suta de destinatari ai mesajului, un pace in suflet semnat Andrei Ionescu. Da, amuzanta intamplare – dar din pacate nu unica. Intr-adevar odata cu noile tehnologii musai trebuie sa dai mesaje. Culmea e ca oamenii de sarbatori in loc de felicitari trimise cu saptamani poate inainte prin posta si de cateva telefoane la cei dragi acum au muuuulti de sunat si ca atare ca sa nu stea toata ziua pe tel dau aceste mesaje la toata lumea.
Da, unii stau si de Craciun si de Anul Nou sa trimita Smsuri. Uita sa se mai bucure de sarbatori – ajungem in aceeasi fatada si zona de obligatii, nu de frumos si firesc.
Si perfect de acord ca unele urari au devenit clisee – si afirmatia e valabila pentru cam orice mare sarbatoare…

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
