Solutia de backup – necesara chiar si cand stii pe ce contezi!
Solutia de rezerva – ca roata de rezerva – ar trebui sa fie prezenta in mod obligatoriu in orice situatie, personala sau profesionala.
O sa spuneti: in orice situatie? Nu e nevoie chiar in orice imprejurare.
Ba da.
Din pacate este nevoie!
In plan personal se poate sa stiti intr-adevar pe ce va bazati – forte proprii sau prieteni ori cunostinte. Insa intotdeauna poate aparea ceva. Mereu. Fara exceptie. Ca nu va doriti – si ca nimeni nu isi doreste – e clar. Dar doar pentru ca nu iti doresti ceva nu inseamna ca nu se si intampla. Poti sa stii ca prietenul X te ajuta: ca o sa iti fie aproape in imprejurarea Y, ca iti va da ce ti-a promis si asa mai departe. Insa nimic nu e sigur – si oricand, chiar si in ultimul moment, poate aparea ceva neprevazut. Si va aparea – chiar atunci cand va asteptati mai putin!
In plan profesional este lesne de inteles de ce un plan de backup este necesar. Te lasa un furnizor balta? Trebuie sa ai imediat o alta optiune. Prietenul cu care ai decis sa faci afaceri nu isi respecta termenii contractuali? Din nou trebuie sa ai o varianta alternativa. Colaboratorii sau chiar angajatii nu isi respecta termenul-limita? Din nou trebuie sa ai o solutie pregatita.
Multi se culca pe-o ureche. Daca tot a mers bine si nu s-a intamplat nimic rau nu se ingrijoreaza si nici nu pregatesc solutii de backup. Si-atunci lucrurile pot merge prost. Si deseori nu se rezolva la timp si bine situatia. Imaginati-va ca ramaneti fara ceva important (nasi de exemplu) inainte de nunta cu 5 zile. Credeti ca nu vi se poate intampla? Eu n-as paria! In loc sa va panicati si sa va dati de ceasul mortii gasiti imediat altii. Si gata. Nu aveti vreme de crize de isterie, nervi si nici macar nu merita acele persoane care to9cmai v-au lasat balta sa va pese de ele. La fel in plan profesional daca cumva nu va da la timp un furnizor ce aveti nevoie puteti sa gasiti imediat o alta solutie.
Nu deveniti dependenti de cineva. Dependenta e cel mai rau lucru. Nu e sanatoasa nici in plan personal si nici in plan profesional. Nu ramaneti atasati doar de o persoana sau de o firma intr-o anumita imprejurare. O fi vazutul interesului propriu? Poate. Dar in plan profesional e vorba despre a oferi calitate si serviciile pentru care v-ati angajat la termenul la care v-ati anagajat sa le livrati. Nimanui nu ii pasa cine v-a incurcat si cu ce ocazie. Toti doresc solutia si mai ales ce au solicitat de la bun inceput.

Revenind la partea serioasa: da, backupul trebuie sa fie cat mai cuprinzator posibil. Din punct de vedere al afacerii se chiar recomanda (daca exista bani) sa existe doua persoane cu competente similare si cunostinte asemanatoare tocmai ca in cazul in care uneia i se intampla ceva sau vrea sa plece sa existe o alta deja in interior care sa stie cel putin la fel de mult, inclusiv despre proiectele desfasurate. Evident ca se va purcede atunci la angajarea unei noi persoane care sa devina backup, dar e una sa angajazi pe cineva care sa fie instruit de o persoana ce lucreaza inca la companie si alta de una care pleaca in o saptamana….
Nu poti prevede sau gestiona toate lucrurile. Ar insemna sa ajungi la capatul puterilor..mai trebuie sa ai si incredere in oameni!
Fireste ca trebuie sa ai incredere in oameni – nu se poate altfel. Insa in afaceri de pilda trebuie sa si verifici constant starea lucrurilor pentru ca altfel e posibil sa ai mari probleme! Asa cum spuneam niciun client nu e interesat de problemele intampinate cu furnizorii tai, ci pune accent pe a primi la timp ce a cerut! Si la fel e si in viata personala.
Ideea de solutie de backup e ca macar sa ai in minte cine altcineva ar putea face lucrul X pentru ca tu sa nu te dai de ceasul mortii cand vei avea probleme.
