Pauza e pauza, au ba?
Multa lume se plange ca nu are timp pentru diverse ori ca si atunci cand ia o pauza tot ajunge sa mai faca unele lucruri pentru serviciu sau proiectele in care persoana e implicata.
Se spune de asemenea ca ideile cele mai bune iti vin atunci cand nu te concentrezi fix asupra chestiunii pe care o ai de solutionat, ci atunci cand faci altceva. Explicatiile sunt multe si in buna masura se concentreaza pe faptul ca tu ii dai creierului comanda de a gasi o solutie pentru problema Y, dupa care subcontientul tau lucreaza de zor si pana nu ajunge la o solutie degeaba te stresezi tu. Ba chiar atunci cand nu te concentrezi musai pe un lucru ai mai mari sanse de a rezolva acea situatie.
Sa vedem tipurile de pauze si cat de pauze sunt ele de fapt.
Cum e cu pauza in timpul programului?
Sunt pauze “oficiale” de 10 minute o data pe ora – cel putin pentru cei care lucreaza pe computer. Aici avem de-a face adesea cu pauzele de o tigara – care pauze nu sunt luate insa si de nefumatori. Atunci cand un nefumator iese cu ceilalti evident ca inspira fum de tigara si daca nu vrea acest lucru alege sa ramana la calculator. Unii isi mai iau pauza de 10 minute si ies pe hol, beau un ceai, merg la biroul unui coleg.
Exista pauza de pranz – in mod obisnuit de o ora. Aici exista doua optiuni: fie se pleaca din cadrul firmei si lumea mananca intr-un loc (sau in mai multe in functie de preferinte), fie se comanda (si lumea nu pleaca din firma, doar se ridica de la calculator si merg in bucatarie (sau macar nu mananca si lucreaza ci sta in fata calculatorului si mananca, urmand a lucra dupa ce termina). In anumite companii ora de pauza de pranz e cunoscuta si luata de toti in acelasi timp, in altele fiecare isi ia pauza de pranz dupa cum are chef/timp.
Trebuie sa fii disponibil in aceste pauze pentru serviciu?
Raspunsul vine simplu: esti totusi in timpul programului. Daca apare o urgenta ce nu poate astepta inca 10 minute pana termini de mancat s-ar putea sa fie nevoie sa vezi cum poti rezolva situatia. Daca primesti un telefon in interes de serviciu e bine sa raspunzi si asa mai departe.
Evident ca o pauza completa – de la tot ce implica serviciul – chiar si pentru macar jumatate de ora ajuta, te deconecteaza si iti da forta pentru restul programului. Insa pauza e in timpul zilei de lucru astfel ca daca apar urgente acestea vor avea prioritate (daca si numai daca chiar nu mai pot astepta cateva minute pentru a termina de mancat).
Cum stau lucrurile dupa program – seara si in weekend?
In mod normal acesta este timpul tau liber, timp in care trebuie sa iti vezi de viata personala, timp in care e bine sa te recreezi, timp in care iti rezolvi problemele personale, te intalnesti cu prietenii, termini treaba acasa, citesti, iesi la film, stai cu familia si asa mai departe – fiecare in functie de situatie si moment.
In mod normal doar in caz de extrema urgenta ar trebui sa fii deranjat in timpul tau liber. Dupa cum la serviciu nimanui nu ii place sa vada pe cineva rezolvand probleme personale in fiecare zi – stand cu orele pe telefon cu prieteni sau rude, pierzand deseori timpul cu lucruri care nu sunt urgente si nelimitandu-se la telefoane putine si scurte doar pentru a vedea daca X a ajuns cu bine acasa, cum a fost la examenul lui Y si asa mai departe – la fel nici in plan personal nimeni nu agreeaza telefoanele de serviciu. In ambele situatii (si la serviciu legat de viata personala si in timpul liber legat de locul de munca) exceptie fac urgentele.
Cum e cu concediul?
Un soi de pauza suprema ar fi concediul, nu? Stii si tu ca iti iei cateva zile libere – rareori isi ia cineva 2 saptamani consecutive si apoi restul zilelor fragmentat, desi in codul muncii si contracte scrie ca ai dreptul la xx zile de concediu dintre care 10 consecutive (echivalent a doua saptamani) – si chiar si acelea sa fie intrerupte de telefoane legate de serviciu? Nu e frumos, nu? – mai ales daca acel concediu e anuntat de multa vreme si mai ales cand nu sunt chiar urgente chestiunile pentru care sunteti sunat/a!
Ei bine da, concediul ar trebui sa fie concediu, pauza cat mai completa! Si aici doar o extrema urgenta ar trebui sa aduca deranjul persoanei aflate in vacanta – si atentie: nu conteaza daca acel om este plecat peste mari si tari sau sta acasa cu picioarele pe pereti. E in concediu si acest lucru trebuie respectat. Toti avem nevoie de o pauza – si in aceasta parte a lumii nu e o problema sa ai un astfel de timp alocat deconectarii de la serviciu!
Asadar, pauza ta e pauza, au ba? Si care e pauza si care ba?
