O vorba de incurajare – despre comunicare si apreciere
Chiar si in cele mai urate momente ale vietii noastre si tot avem puterea de a face un bine, de a oferi o vorba buna cuiva. Si da, uneori, vorba aceea buna era necesara, ajuta si da mai departe incredere persoanei careia i-o spui.
Rareori ceva merge perfect de la inceput si pana la final. Pot aparea probleme, rasturnari de situatie, raspunsuri pozitive care se transforma in refuzuri taman cand iti e lumea mai draga si asa mai departe. Dar solutii exista si conteaza finalul.
Iti vine uneori sa renunti? Vezi o persoana in aceasta situatie? Ai putea sa ii aduci aminte ca nimic nu se face usor si mai ales sa ii reamintesti de acel ceva ce a “manat-o in lupta”. Adu-i aminte si de pasiunea si de entuziasmul inceputului. Nu se poate sa fi disparut fara nicio urma!
E cineva nemultumit? Sunt nemultumitii o minoritate? Ai putea sa-i aduci aminte persoanei aflata in situatia de a auzi tot felul de nemultumiri plangandu-se ca nu se poate sa ii multumesti pe toti. Odata ce a acceptat acest lucru si dupa ce isi reaminteste de motivele pentru care face ceea ce face atunci lucrurile vor merge mai bine.
E usor sa ajuti pe cineva sa isi recapete increderea mai ales atunci cand nu vorbim de situatii dificile, de viata si de moarte. Iti ia doar cateva minute – dar s-ar putea sa vezi ulterior ce impact au avut vorbele tale. Nu tu esti important – ci acea persoana.
Ofera-i incredere motivata si cateva cuvinte bune si s-ar putea ca ziua sa se fi modificat complet pentru acea persoana! Poti face diferenta!
