Pe o asemenea caldura nu iti mai arde de multe. Amani intalniri sau le planifici cu noaptea in cap ori seara tarziu. La peste 40 de grade nici functionarii publici nu mai muncesc (desi stau si eu si ma intreb: daca intre 11 si 18 functionarul nu lucreaza cu publicul, oficial el merge acasa. In astfel de momente unii se intreaba – si iata ca altii afla – unde sunt politicienii nostri. Ne mai arde insa si de afaceri – Romanii se bat pe cefereul unguresc (Cotidianul). Aflam si despre Prima schiţă a bugetului pentru 2008 (Adevarul). Si altii se gandesc la business: BMW a achizitionat Husqvarna (Compact).
Si ca sa vedem ca se intampla si la altii (uneori chiar mai rau), din Compact aflam despre un Soarece, la reuniunea UE. Si despre Referendum pentru adoptarea siestei in Ungaria.
Pentru restul… va invit sa cititi ziarele – nu se stie niciodata ce mai poti afla.

Apropo de suita de articole referitoare la canicula- cel mai tare titlu mi se pare “Doamne, iarta-ne ca ne-am plans de frig!” Titlu era mare, pe prima pagina a unui tabloid, fontul adecvat contextului (adica avea turturi) si pe fundal se vedea un parc iarna! 🙂

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.

Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
