Sute de mii de euro salariul
Incerc sa imi limitez numarul de postri pe zi pe blog astfel incat oricine sa aiba sansa de a le vedea pe toate si comenta.
Pe ziua de astazi am prezentat deja un material-stire de actualitate. Revin insa cu un material cu si despre oameni si salariile lor.
Ma gandeam de ceva vreme sa scriu pe aceasta tema – mai ales ca si pe Forumul PRwave s-a incercat un subiect de discutie pe tema salariilor in PR – cat se putea spune. Astazi Cristian Manafu vine cu o tema de discutie mai generala – pe salarii si pe pachete salariale (aici) din care se constata ca se poate si mai bine: salariu chiar de un milion de euro.
Fireste curiozitatea ma impinge la a ma intreba in ce domeniu este oferit acest salariu – si daca organizatia este una multinationala, sau autohtona. Pe de alta parte e clar ca orice domeniu are variatiile sale – de la cateva sute de euro la cateva mii de euro – pe acelasi post (in aceeasi functie si cu aceleasi responsabilitati) insa in companii diferite. Si-atunci intrebarea – poate fireasca – pe care si-o pun multi este: ce face diferenta? Este omul care primeste mii de euro (in locul celor doar cateva sute ale altcuiva dintr-o alta institutie) de atatea ori mai bun – sau doar mai norocos ca a ajuns in acel post?
