Ca ajung o sumedenie de intrebari ciudate – carora la inceput le raspundeam, insa acum nu mai avem vreme – poate fi presupus. Cand se ajunge insa la amenintarea cu datul in judecata incep insa sa ma enervez.
La ce ma refer?

Eu inteleg din toate acestea ca peste noapte am devenit proprietarul tuturor acestor companii. Ca altfel nu inteleg cum de se trimit atatea mailuri. Ma intreb de altfel si ce alte companii mai “detin” – macar sa fiu avertizata din vreme sa imi fac o lista de intrebari potentiale si de raspunsuri.
Nu inteleg cum cineva nu se informeaza. Cum de – mai ales cand reclami – nu te gandesti ca trebuie sa reclami acolo unde e sediul principal al firmei – adica nu pe un site cu nume complet diferit.
Morala?
Conteaza mult prea putin daca m-am suparat eu sau nu. Conteaza insa ca lumea sa se informeze. Ar trebui ca lumea sa fie educata sa gandeasca putin. Ar trebui sa isi mai antreneze neuronii – pentru ca in situatiile deja amintite, daca pe mine m-ar da in judecata, eu as avea doar de castigat – neavand nicio legatura si deci putand cere despagubiri si demonstrand si ca persoana in cauza nu s-a informat.
Si astfel de emailuri nu le-am primit doar eu. De aceea se observa inca o data ca internetul este un mediu cunoscut de multi insa unul pe care altii ajung poate din intamplare si cand il descopera parca se pierd. Spun asta pentru ca e clar ca daca ar avea de depus o reclamatie in “real” nu s-ar duce la un supermarket sa se planga de faptul ca nu le merge bine un modem sau sa intrebe acolo daca li s-a platit salariul pe card.
Inteleg ca nu toti sunt cunoascatori – insa… cum se face ca multi se pierd in on-line si cum de le dispare un minimum de logica?
Poate ca aici se ridica si un mare semn de exclamare pentru toti cei ce inca nu au reusit sa faca internetul suficient de “accesibil”.
