Ne mai pasa de fapt de stratul de ozon? – taxa noastra auto si calatorii pe orbita
In ultimii ani avem unele tari ce acorda o atentie deosebita protectiei mediului (desi unele dintre aceleasi tari gazduiesc mari premii la automobilism).
Romania a redenumit o taxa auto de prima inmatriculare in taxa pentru protectia mediului. Te-ai astepta ca cu cat masina e mai putin poluanta (ceea ce de cele mai multe ori inseamna mai noua) taxa sa fie mai mica. Evident, la noi e fix invers.
De cateva zile avem o adevarata disputa in declaratii intre oficialitati si specialisti: algoritmul de calcul se doreste a fi explicat, este explicat; concluziile par a duce in zona taxei pentru poluare, nu impotiva poluarii.
Probabil ca va fi din nou modificata sau redenumita aceasta noua taxa.
Si tot din zona protectiei mediului, auzim des cat de gaurit este stratul de ozon. Stim de asemenea ce implica un zbor pe orbita – si cu toate acestea Richard Branson promova zilele trecute noul serviciu pe care il ofera – la care deja multi oameni cu bani (inclusiv romani) s-au inscris. Nu e un lucru de condamnat sa doresti a zbori – macar in jurul pamantului daca atat se poate – insa totul trebuie sa se faca integrat si coordonat cu masuri de protectie a mediului.
