Bilantul Responsabilitatii Sociale pe 2008 – Varianta mea
Cei de la ResponsabilitateaSociala.ro m-au invitat si in acest an sa scriu despre Bilantul Responsabilitatii Sociale pe anul ce a trecut. Am primit asadar o invitatie scrisa pe email de la Marius Balaci (in momentul lansarii initiativei bilantului) si apoi si de la Dragos Dehelean.
Simona Bogdan a scris deja la ea pe blog si m-a invitat si ea sa va spun care sunt raspunsurile mele la intrebarile acestui an.
Incep insa cu un scurt remember: materialul pe baza CSR-ului in 2007. L-am scris cu un an in urma si il puteti citi in intregime aici. Spuneam atunci ca eu consider ca cu o floare se poate incepe un buchet; altfel spus, cu o initiativa de CSR incepe totul si atat timp cat altele o completeaza lucrurile se pot indrepta spre mai bine. Vorbeam de asemenea despre anumite lucruri pe care mi-ar placea sa le vad – inclusiv spre exemplu renuntarea la pungile de plastic (desi nu la initiativa unei companii ci printr-o lege) si reciclarea.
O parte dintre aceste elemente se regasesc deja in actiunile pe 2008 ale companiilor. Un lucru demn de lauda si deloc de neglijat. Indiferent ca au desfasurat ample campanii sau actiuni de mai mica amploare, orice lucru care poate imbunatati ceva merita laudat.
O buna parte insa dintre recomandari constat cu tristete ca nu se implementeaza nici astazi. La ce ma refer? Spuneam despre faptul ca se impart multe pliante si ziare si asa mai departe – dar nu se ofera cosuri si nici nu se educa lumea sa arunce – si mai ales sa recicleze. Merg mult cu mijloacele de transport in comun. Am remarcat atat de multe ziare care sunt aruncate pe jos ori in cosurile de gunoi – fara a fi macar reciclate. La fel pliante peste tot in oras pe unde se ofera.
Aici vorbim intai de toate de educare – un element pe care cred ca ar trebui sa se mearga mai mult. Pe de alta parte avem de-a face si cu modalitati puse la dispozitie pentru a te implica, modalitati care lipsesc cel mai adesea – vezi spre exemplu reciclarea cartuselor/tonerelor de imprimanta, a aparatelor electrocasnice (gen aparate radio si multe altele) si chiar pet-urile.

Companii sunt multe – insa important este sa nu se remarce doar prin implicare ci prin rezultate. M-am saturat de programe de plantare copaci. Stati asa si nu sariti cu pietrele! Sigur ca programele sunt bune si mai ales ca primele de acest gen au deschis noi perspective. E timpul insa pentru diversificare. M-am saturat de plantare si de ne-urmarirea etapelor urmatoare. Sunt o sumedenie de munti defrisati, sunt zone care devin incet dar sigur aride si nimeni nu se ingrijeste (sau muuuult prea putini fac asta) ca zonele plantate sa ramana plantate si sa nu se mai taie padurea aiurea. La fel sunt parcuri care dispar pentru a lasa loc cladirilor si cazuri sunt multe. Din pacate in media se face caz, ONG-urile ies in fata si totusi planurile merg inainte la fel ca in cazul cladirilor foarte inalte care nu se incadreaza deloc in spatiul oraselor noastre.
M-as bucura sa vad mai multe programe care sa ia in calcul ajutarea – cu cap – a celorlalti si din mai multe domenii. Spre exemplu de la ajutarea cainilor si pana la ajutarea copiilor destepti dar poate fara multe posibilitati. M-as bucura sa vad mai multe programe de ajutorare a celor multi care merita dar care nu ies in fata. Si m-ar bucura deopotriva sa vad programe ale caror efecte se vad. Si mi-ar mai placea un experiment: sa nu aflu de o reclama care anunta lansarea unui proiect. Sa vad rezultate – imbunatatiri – si sa ma intreb cine a avut ideea geniala. Si la final sa pot lauda o campanie si sa aflu direct rezultate. (Experimentul desigur ca poate avea loc doar pentru anumite programe, dar ar fi interesant de facut zic eu.)
Am raspuns in acest mod si intrebarii 2 a sondajului celor de la ResponsabilitateSociala.ro – 2. In ce masura marile companii din Romania au raspuns in 2008 asteptarilor tale in privinta implicarii in societate?
Au raspuns si nu prea. Au raspuns dar mai au un drum lung de facut. Felicitari tuturor si la mult mai mare si complex.
In randurile de mai sus este cuprins si raspunsul la intrebarea 3. Ce asteptari ai de la companiile din Romania, in privinta responsabilitatii sociale, in 2009?
Ajungem astfel la intrebarea a patra: 4. Cum crezi ca le-ai putea stimula, tu personal, pe companii, si in special pe cele de la care cumperi, sa fie mai responsabile in 2009?
E clar aici ca oricine poate “taxa” o companie neachizitionand produsele sale si mergand la o companie concurenta care s-a implicat in cauze in care consumatorul/clientul crede. In acelasi mod o companie poate avea vanzari mai mari tocmai pentru ca o parte din bani merge spre o cauza nobila.
Concluzia este clara: programe de responsabilitate sociala sunt multe. Si cu siguranta unele in mintea consultantilor si inca nepuse in practica. Se pot realiza si sper sa vad puse in practica programe de implicare sociala cu impact. Succes tuturor!
Later edit: stateam si ma gandeam la cat de multe lucruri bune avem si la cum nu stim a le pretui. De la telemeaua noastra cea facuta fara respectarea nu stiu caror reguli – insa gustoasa si apreciata de intreaga lume si ceruta de toti romanii plecati – la rosiile crescute in curtile taranilor veritabili; la fel la posta am vazut cum o doamna expedia un pachet care continea si doua borcane de zacusca. Avem valori; avem produse foarte bune; avem ce proteja si ce pastra! Ar fi frumos ca avem grija ca “tot ce-i romanesc nu piere si nici nu va pieri!”.

Mi-aduc aminte ca am citit la inceput de an (si final de 2008) o sumedenie de articole apartinand unor oameni din PR care spuneau ca anul 2009 va fi anul CSR-ului tocmai pentru ca aduce si impact si vizibilitate si increderea publicurilor si investitii rezonabile. (Sa nu uitam in acest context de scutirea de impozite a banilor donati unor ONG-uri.) In consecinta s-ar putea spune ca lucrurile stau bine in aceasta directie. Evident 2009 ramane sa demonstreze daca va fi sau nu asa. Si tot evident indiferent de “trend”-uri va conta decizia celor in masura sa aprobe sau nu proiecte, sa le ceara si sa le implementeze.
Dar da, programe serioase sunt necesare si pe termen lung – nu lucruri de moment si pornite de la variante: “Ok, facem asta – cata vizibilitate ne aduce, cat castigam?”.
