Aveam pregatit pentru astazi un alt subiect. Tinea chiar de greseli de PR – ca doar avem o nisa 🙂 (pe langa altele).
Dar am primit un email… cu o oferta pe care nu pot sa nu v-o impartasesc.

Sunt intr-adevar soti/sotii ce inseala. Sunt de asemenea persoane – angajati – care stau si pierd timpul, nu livreaza ce trebuie la timpul stabilit si isi bat joc de serviciu.
Insa de aici si pana la a instala un soft care sa monitorizeze si sa permita acelei persoane/angajator – sa aiba acces la parole, discutii pe messenger etc. e un pas mare.

hai, mai….este lege impotriva unor astfel de fapte! plus ca eu nu inteleg…ori esti gelos-bolnav si te duci la doctor sa te tratezi….ori daca ai motive serioase9 caci si un sms in noapte si alte semne pot dovedi inselarea partenerului) ii zice Pa si la revedere si iti vezi de viata! pentru ca la sfarsit nimeni nu castiga nimic din astfel de manevre…decat cei care vand astfel de device-uri! 🙂
Intr-o lume infestata de suspiciuni, totul e posibil. Sincer, aceste produse mi se par jenant de penibile. In fond orice tip de comunicare presupune incredere. A spiona e apanajul doar al serviciilor secrete, care chiar si asa tot nu reusesc sa SALVEZE omenirea de la …dezastre. Dar sa zambim, caci unii dintre noi au abilitatea de a avea incredere in orice tip de relatie. O zi frumoasa si…NUUUU spionajului de acest tip!

Pe mine una nu m-ar deranja sa fiu urmarita, atata timp cat mi se comunica acest lucru.
Gelozia, personal, o consider o dovada de neincredere si de lipsa de comunicare intr-o relatie, asadar e musai o vizita la doctor, fie in cuplu, fie separat.
Si ca o nota amuzanta: ai incercat sa te dezabonezi de la respectiva oferta? Ca la mine nu merge. Prin urmare, Spam.

problema este cand iti este urmarita activitatea ta de business. concurenta poate afla asa multe lucruri pe care in mod normal nu l-ai vrea stiute. oricum e destul de complicat sa luptam impotriva acestor “tactici”. Din pct meu de vedere ar trebui sa trimiti e-mailul mai departe celor de la politie/protectia consumatorului/ nato/onu etc … trebuie sa afle si ei ca sunt unii care incalca legea.
Poti sa gandesti ca unele dintre instrumente pot fi bune. Astfel poti zice ca acel pix este de fapt o unealta foarte buna: poti inregistra toate discutiile si cand cineva nu recunoaste ceva (ca nu e scris undeva) sa ii demonstrezi ca a spus. Nu mai vorbim de flagrant.
Pe de alta parte, daca s-ar utiliza si daca am fi constienti cu adevarat de folosirea lor ajungem in cealalta extrema: nu mai vorbim nimic cu nimeni – doar strictul necesar… si de aici la paranoia…

@cristiana – intr-adevar poti afla si altfel – iar daca ai suspiciuni si increderea nu mai exista este deja un mare semn de intrebare in orice relatie. Daca iti place te complaci, daca nu mergi mai departe.
@catia maxim relatiile dintre oameni se construiesc intr-adevar avand la baza increderea. S-au asa ar trebui. Pe de alta parte insa, la alte niveluri, in anumite domenii si contexte, increderea nu are nimic de-a face cu relatiile.
@Alex Petras Aiurea probabil ca este ideea de a fi angajat undeva si de a te simti spionat in acest fel – sau de a nu stii ca esti spionat astfel. In fond daca nu vrei ca un angajat sa stea pe twitter, programe de instant messaging etc. le tai din setarile pe server. La fel poti insera programe care sa nu permita copierea informatiilor pe niciun suport – online, stick, cd etc. – din nou cu un soft – si de principiu acest lucru trebuie comunicat.

Am de facut doua observatii pe tema discutata.
Mai intai siteul pe care esti directionat atunci cand vrei mai multe detalii despre aceste produse este .cc . Nu comentez ce inseamna cc – http://www.iana.org/domains/root/db/cc.html – ci doar faptul ca persoanele care vand aceste produse sunt total neprofesioniste. Este o situatie similara cu achizitionarea de tigari de la contrabandistii din piata.
Al doilea aspect, referitor la violarea de intimitate. Nu exista violare de intimitate acolo unde nu exista motivatie. Daca exista motivatie, cel urmarit trebuie sa aiba plan de protectie, fie ca e vorba de o institutie – secrete de serviciu, ca si exemplu -, fie ca e vorba de persoane – firewall sau un “nas fin” in ceea ce priveste comportamentul calculatorului.
Daca in ceea ce priveste partea publica – institutii, firme – de cele mai multe ori lucrurile sunt luate in derizoriu, desi banii investiti sunt semnificativi – MIRA are un om specializat in a verifica existenta planurilor de secretizare a tuturor documentelor functionarilor din areal -. in ceea ce priveste intimitatea personala eforturile depuse sunt minime spre zero, desi “atacurile” pot fi resimtite direct, indiferenta personala venind din superficialitate si lipsa unei educatii pe tema protejarii informatiilor personale – mailuri, documente, acte.
