In ziua de azi multa lume lucreaza mult timp in pozitii fixe. Multi stau in fata calculatoarelor.
In timp apar deformari ale coloanei vertebrale in zona gatului. De asemenea apar contractii ale muschilor si, inevitabil, dureri si disconfort.
Exista totusi si solutii la indemana oricui. O pauza ne putem lua din cand in cand. De ce sa nu investim o astfel de pauza in a ne masa chiar noi gatul si a ne simti mai bine?
Pentru a ne simti mai bine nici macar nu trebuie sa citim multe carti sau sa fim experti in domeniu. Am gasit recent un material video de tipul: masati-va in timp ce va uitati (do it while you view it) la acest video. Merita incercat – eu il recomand.
Va ia doar 4 minute jumatate! Si cum vorba lunga, saracia omului, va invit sa vedeti materialul si sa va relaxati muschii gatului.
Sper ca acum sunteti mai relaxati si va invit sa reveniti oricand pentru acest exercitiu cu adevarat util.
Pentru cei ce vor sa afle (citind) mai multe tehnici de masaj pe care vi-l puteti face chiar dumneavoastra pentru toate partile corpului puteti lectura acest articol.
Va astept si cu feedback: ati incercat sa urmati pasii descrisi corect? A avut efect? veti mai face exercitiul?

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
