Multe afaceri/marci/produse au cont de Twitter. Este minunat, ajuta la promovare, la obtinerea de feedback si multe altele. Asa cum v-am spus ieri, am o serie de 2 insemnari: una cu asa da (o puteti citi aici) si azi una cu asa nu in comunicarea unei afaceri pe Twitter.
E perioada alegerilor. Cei care gestioneaza contul de Twitter sau cei care au afacerea au preferinte politice. Toate bune si frumoase, dar atunci cand aceste preferinte politice ajung sa dea nastere unor tweeturi care suna aiurea lucrurile se complica. Asa este cazul KitchenAid care a dat un tweet incredibil si anume

Evident ca acestora nu le-a sunat bine si ce credeti ca a facut KitchenAid?
A sters tweetul si a postat unul cu scuze, si anume acesta:

Sigur, reactia a fost rapida, motiv pentru care acest articol arata si ca discutia s-a diminuat rapid, considerandu-se ca aceasta a fost o reactie buna si un succes pentru KitchenAid. Sigur, sa scoata niste castane din foc e minunat – nu mai bine nu trebuiau sa le scoata deloc?
Mai mult, articolul arata doar cum numarul tweeturilor a scazut – insa iata ca online sunt multe articole care analizeaza mesajele postate de firma. Asa se face ca multi dintre noi poate nu am vazut acele tweeturi, insa am aflat despre ele din astfel de materiale.
Si de-aici e clar ca asa ceva NU se face. Chiar daca ai preferinte politice, nu te iei de persoane decedate, nu se fac glume cu acestea, mai ales cand relatia intre persoana in viata si cea care nu mai este a fost una frumoasa, fara certuri in media. Da, bunica lui Obama a murit cu doar 2 zile inainte ca el sa fie ales. Dar acesta a fost un fapt trist pentru ca relatia lui cu bunica fusese una apropiata.
Astfel de glume, indiferent de tara, candidati si preferinte, nu isi au locul intr-o comunicare profesionala pe Twitter sau alta retea sociala.
Pacat ca acum KitchenAid serveste ca exemplu de asa nu, insa lectia este una care ar trebui invatata de orice companie.

The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.
