Ghid de monitorizare social media lansat de CIPR
Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) din Marea Britanie a lansat niste recomandari cu privire la monitorizarea social media.
Avand in vedere ca nu exista niste reguli generale si niste standarde acceptate pentru acest segment, un astfel de ghid nu poate fi decat util. Materialul (care poate fi downloadat gratuit) incepe prin a prezenta informatii cu privire la social media si monitorizare, clarificand ce este dar si ce NU este monitorizarea social media, ofera argumente in favoarea monitorizarii, prezinta o seama de planuri cu preturi aferente, analizand de asemenea cateva astfel de instrumente de monitorizare. Exista si o parte dedicata crearii unui plan de lucru eficient in ceea ce priveste monitorizarea social media.
Avand in vedere schimbarile care s-au produs in ultimii ani in ceea ce priveste comunicarea si tinand cont de puterea tot mai mare a oamenilor oferita de faptul ca isi pot impartasi experientele, pozitive sau negative, aproape instant utilizand retelele de socializare, este evident ca monitorizarea social media trebuie sa fie realizata de companii. Se pot preveni crize, se pot crea relatii frumoase cu acei clienti care au avut experiente placute, se poate pastra relatia cu clientii si oferi „customer service” prin intermediul social media. In plus, sa nu uitam ca adesea oamenii nu pun un tag catre contul unei companii/numele ei, astfel ca fara o monitorizare atenta a ceea ce se spune in social media companiile nu vor avea o viziune de ansamblu cu privire la modul in care sunt percepute de tipurile lor de public tinta.
Materialul, dupa cum veti constata, prezinta recomandari de instrumente atat contra cost, cat si gratuite, iar indrumarile generale sunt binevenite. Iata ghidul in sine:
