In zilele urmatoare – printe alte subiecte la care m-am gandit deja sau care se vor ivi ca si pana acum pe nepusa masa – voi scrie si despre concediu – cateva impresii despre cele bune si cele ce lasa de dorit din pacate chiar si intr-un oras precum Viena.
Pana atunci insa imi dau seama ca ramasesem datoare cu un raspuns pentru Costina – apropo de trecerile la nivel cu calea ferata. E drept ca acest raspuns vine mai tarziu – dar e poate mai bine ca vine acum pentru ca in loc sa spun cate ceva din legislatie o sa spun ceva din practica.
Drumul spre Viena a fost facut cu masina. Ca atare din cei aproximativ 1100 de kilometri si cele aproape 16 ore de drum – conducand sigur – mai mult de jumatate sunt facuti in Romania. Am putea spune ca avem o tara mare – nu? Da, e mare, e superba si locurile sunt minunate si multi dintre oamenii ce o locuiesc insa… avem si minusuri – unul fiind la capitolul drumuri.
Asa se face ca ajungem la trecerile la nivel cu calea ferata. Sa o amintesc oare pe cea din Sebes unde ieri am stat jumatate de ora – si la dus doar vreo 7 minute? Sa amintesc ca uneori nici nu se vede culoarea semnalizarii de la bariera (altii au trecut la leduri)? Sa amintesc de numeroasele (si marile) denivelari de la aceste treceri? Sa aduc cumva in atentie si disperarea soferilor, cei ce stiu ei mai bine ca au timp sa treaca si ca atare se baga? Aaa, sau mai bine sa va spun despre cei ce depasesc pe la trecerea la nivel cu calea ferata – unde evident e o banda pe sens, flux continuu – dar lor nu le pasa!
Iata asadar cat de multe se pot spune despre aceste treceri. Multe si din pacate nu bune. Evident ca sunt o puzderie de treceri ingrijite, situate in afara localitatilor si unde lucrurile merg bine. Avem insa si multe de invatat si pus in practica. Ca atare, daca tot avem de lucru – n-ar fi oare o idee ca in loc sa concediem sa punem pe picioare caile ferate – si trecerile – asa cum trebuie?!
