Dirijor… Manager…
Fiecare membru al unei orchestre trebuie sa inceapa sa cante exact la momentul oportun. Sincronizarea este totul – si este asigurata de dirijor. Nu conteaza cat de specializati sunt cei din orchestra – cel ce detine controlul, determina ritmul – este dirijorul.
Un dirijor foarte bun va savura fiecare clipa dintr-un spectacol. Poate chiar va face intro-uri pentru melodii. Un dirijor poate fascina din multe puncte de vedere. Fiecare cu firea sa – desigur.
Intr-o orchestra – ca si intr-o companie/agentie – mai toti membrii vor sa se evidentieze: sa arate cat de buni sunt (sa devina poate vioara intai). Niciun membru insa al orchestrei nu trebuie lasat sa afecteze prin entuziasmul sau melodia si spectacolul pentru care publicul e in sala. Fiecare membru trebuie motivat sa dea tot ce are mai bun, astfel incat rezultatul sa fie un concert apreciat de toti cei din auditoriu. De cele mai multe ori, indiferent de bucataria interna, conteaza doar ca publicul sa plece cu o impresie placuta, sa recomande spectacolul, sa il vorbeasca de bine.
Un dirijor care nu puncteaza corect si la timp momentele in care trebuie sa intre un instrument sau o anumita parte a orchestrei – nu este unul bun; sau este unul ce nu s-a pregatit temeinic, pentru ca da, repetitia si imbunatatirea performantei ar trebui sa fie permanente. A lucra cu adevarat cu membrii orchestrei, a crea o uniune, a-i motiva si conduce spre succesul final – iata doar cateva dintre elementele care fac ca un dirijor sa fie bun. Orchestra devine locul in care spiritul de echipa trebuie sa fie dezvoltat.
A avea subordonati (fie ca esti patron sau doar manager/sef) implica ideea de a conduce. Devii un fel de dirijor.
Carti despre stiluri de conducere s-au scris – si cu siguranta se vor mai scrie. La fel, s-au prezentat numeroase teorii – si probabil mai e loc si de altele.
Autoanaliza – ca sef – este utila – caz in care data viitoare ati putea sa va intrebati: ce fel de dirijor sunt? Din postura de angajat – puteti sa va ganditi la organizatia in care lucrati (indiferent de ale sale dimensiuni) ca la o orchestra – si sa va intrebati: cum se descurca “orchestra”? Care sunt rezultatele obtinute – pleaca publicul extaziat? Aveti un dirijor bun?

Cand limbajul celor care fac parte dintr-o echipa( orchestra) este acelasi pentru toti, rezultatele apar cu siguranta. Ma gandeam acum la perioada cand am avut sansa sa il vad pe maestrul Sergiu Celibidache dirijand orchestra Filarmonicii George Enescu si mai mult decat atat asistand chiar la cateva repetetii ( mult mai interesante decat spectacolul in sine). E ceva despre care chiar o sa scriu la un moment dat. Oricum metafora cu orchestra si dirijorul e una care invita la reflectie…

Sunt de acord cu Catia Maxim. Loredana a punctat bine rolul dirijorului in tot concertul. Dar nu sunt de neglijat nici aspectele legate de instrumentisti (angajatii din echipa), sala de concerte (mediul social sau de afaceri romanesc). Deci, putem vorbi foarte clar despre un sistem muzical care implica energie pentru ca totul sa fie armonios.
Si inca un aspect foarte important este CALITATEA! Nu am intalnit pana acum in muzica clasica un exemplu de noncalitate, asa cum suntem intoxicati in viata de zi cu zi. In muzica clasica, un cerc restrans de elitisti, apreciaza, consuma si produc muzica. In viata de zi cu zi, accentul se pune pe cantitate.
Va mai aduceti aminte de “calitate vs. cantitate”?
Sunt multe de spus aici – intr-adevar – chiar imi spunea cineva pe email “Ce ne facem daca nu avem ureche muzicala?”. Depindem de foarte multi factori si de foarte multe elemente, iar de aceasta data am incercat sa ofer doar o alta perspectiva asupra sefului (mai ales ca am auzit de la “forme de alint” de la Manager precum menajer si pana la pronuntare ironica – manager – cu accent pe fiecare vocala).
In cadrul unei echipe evident ca toti au un rol extrem de important, la fel si intr-o orchestra: este importanta valoarea individuala dar si posibilitatea de a pune totul in slujba orchestrei/echipei.
Materialul de aici poate fi considerat si unul motivational, si unul de management – de afaceri – si mai sunt cateva posibilitati. In final, fiecare decide perspectiva/perspectivele in care descifreaza si lectureaza acest text.
Important e sa ramanem cu ideea – si la fel ar fi excelent sa analizam putin situatia din jurul nostru – sefii pe care ii avem sau cum suntem ca sefi. Si poate ca ne vom dori sa avem o orchestra apreciata – in oras ori chiar pe toate meridianele lumii.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
