Greseli de PR – punctul dupa titlu si titlul-kilometru
|E final de an si final de activitate. Toata lumea se pregateste de sarbatoare.
Tocmai de aceea anunt asa: am creat categoria speciala dedicata greselilor din PR. Si am pregatit si o lista cu elementele identificate pana acum.
Am inceput cu comunicatul de presa. Insemnarea de astazi se opreste asupra aceleiasi teme – dar sub aspecte diferite.
Nu se pune punct dupa titlu! Nici nu inteleg de ce e cazul sa scriu aici un lucru atat de banal. E un fapt care ar trebui sa fie de la sine inteles. O regula pe care o invatam de mici, din scoala primara! Iar ca PR-i – care se vor si experti/profesionisti etc. – e inadmisibil sa pui “.” dupa titlu de tipul “Compania Q are un nou website.”. De ce scriu atunci – daca tot zic ca e un lucru tip “lmc” (la mintea cocosului)? Intrucat la PRwave primim o sumedenie de comunicate si multe cu punct dupa titlu. Iar asemenea comunicate vin si de la firme/agentii mari si de la nume mai putin cunoscute.
O regula generala este in fapt aceea ca dupa titlu nu se pun semne de punctuatie. Pot aparea evident exceptii – un semn de exclamare sau intrebare – dar numai in cazuri in care se justifica. Altfel se ajunge la risipa si totul e o exclamare, o ridicare de glas si mai ales o impunere.
S daca tot vorbim de titluri – fara a intra in elementele la fel de gasit in orice lucrare sau articol pe Internet legat de cum sa ai un titlu de impact – ar trebui sa adaug un lucru: renuntati la titlurile kilometrice.
Incercati titlurile cu impact si un prim paragraf explicativ foarte bun si atractiv. Titlul este o sinteza – dar in acelasi timp un element ce atrage. Pe de alta parte daca titlul este o intreaga propozitie – de ce as mai citi comunicatul? Veti spune poate ca jurnalistii isi pun oricum alte titluri si ca un titlu lung le ofera reprezentantilor presei o imagine de ansamblu cu privire la informatia din comunicat.
O sa va contrazic cu un exemplu personal: am promovat anul trecut o carte a unui autor de thrillere. Romanul avea in centru o femeie romanca, evreica iar actiunea se petrecea intr-un razboi mondial, la Athenee Palace. Autorul este cunoscut si apreciat la nivel international, cartea fiind in sine un bestseller mondial. Ei bine, am ales un titlu sugestiv: “O romanca de poveste in romanul lui Colin Falconer“. Aveam si un subtitlu: “Bestseller international acum si in Romania”. Ei bine, in afara de Romania libera care a venit cu un titlu propriu (poveste de dragoste la Athenee Palace”, celelalte publicatii – online sau presa scrisa – au utilizat ideea de baza: O romanca de poveste in romanul…
Concluzie: tineti cont pe cat se poate de toate elementele care va pot asigura preluarea materialelor de catre jurnalisti.
La anul ne auzim cu alte elemente ce tin de PR si de greseli. Pana atunci, alte subiecte la fel de interesante.

Nu da vina pe companie, ca nu compania, oricat de “mare” e, iti trimite acele comunicate ci acei oameni mici care lucreaza pentru ea.
Eu, cel putin, sunt satul de “cei cu facultate” care nu stiu sa vorbeasca decat in cacofonii…dar, stai! ei sunt cei cu “carte” care lucreaza la acele firme mari sau mai putin mari…

Intr-adevar oamenii sunt cei ce realizeaza materialele. Cand insa vorbim despre un comunicat venit nu de la un freelancer ci de la o agentie/companie, se poate considera ca acea agentie/companie e responsabila. Spun aceasta intrucat deseori e cineva care scrie comunicatul si altii care il corecteaza, aproba si asa mai departe.
Piata e incarcata intr-adevar si de oameni cu diplome la metru dar complet lipsiti de talent si legatura cu domeniul, dar si de oameni care nu au studii si nici nu au “prins ceva” dar se considera cei mai destepti (am mai scris mai demult pe tema). Nu vorbesc aici despre tine – ci despre unele situatii cunoscute din ambele “tabere”.
Ma bucur ca ai revenit pe blog – si, desi inca nu am facut oficial urarile de sarbatori, La multi ani si un an cu tot ce iti trebuie si iti doresti! Sarbatori fericite si linistite!

Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
Next time I read a blog, Hopefully it does not disappoint me as much as this one. After all, Yes, it was my choice to read, nonetheless I genuinely believed you would have something interesting to talk about. All I hear is a bunch of moaning about something that you could fix if you were not too busy looking for attention.

Hands down, Apple’s app store wins by a mile. It’s a huge selection of all sorts of apps vs a rather sad selection of a handful for Zune. Microsoft has plans, especially in the realm of games, but I’m not sure I’d want to bet on the future if this aspect is important to you. The iPod is a much better choice in that case.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.

If you’re still on the fence: grab your favorite earphones, head down to a Best Buy and ask to plug them into a Zune then an iPod and see which one sounds better to you, and which interface makes you smile more. Then you’ll know which is right for you.
