Comunicare si adaptare
Multi, foarte multi vorbesc. Nu toti spun ceva interesant. Insa dintre cei ce vorbesc, cati sunt oare intelesi?
A spune ceva nu este egal cu a fi inteles de altii. Este clar ca multi oameni au ceva de spus. Sunt somitati in anumite domenii, indivizi care in timp au acumulat o sumedenie de cunostinte, experienta, oameni de la care multi altii au cu adevarat ce invata. Daca insa primii nu stiu sa comunice adaptandu-se nivelului receptorului, atunci totul este pierdut.
Ma uitam cu putina vreme in urma la cineva care tinea un discurs tehnic in fata unui auditoriu alcatuit din oameni atehnici. Va imaginati cat de mult a atras acea persoana si a retinut atentia participantilor la eveniment. Era clar ca nu pregatise acel discurs alaturi de o persoana de la PR.
Ai ceva de comunicat. Te-ai adaptat? Multi oameni au diverse mesaje pe care doresc sa le transmita. Putini sunt insa capabili sa transmita cu adevarat un mesaj. Putini sunt cei ce il repeta, putini sunt cei ce au acea fraza cheie pe care trebuie sa o asociezi cu acea ocazie/acel eveniment etc. Putini sunt cei care stiu sa adapteze mesajul in functie de canal – una e sa vorbesti despre obiectul companiei tale in fata unor oameni din acel domeniu, alta in fata unor potentiali clienti (eventual departamentul care da okul financiar fara a sti insa ce cumpara – si nu radeti ca se intampla), alta e sa vorbesti la televizor intr-o emisiune de afaceri cand tu ai obiectul de activitate pe IT si sa te referi strict la tehnic in loc de afaceri.
A vorbi nu e suficient. Curge multa cerneala, este ocupat mult spatiu de stocare online si nu numai si totusi multe lucruri nu sunt cunoscute. Cineva spunea candva ca admira o personalitate de la noi si o considera a fi exemplu de intelectual pentru ca vorbeste folosind termeni pe care el, om de rand, nu ii intelege si trebuie sa stea cu dictionarul in mana. Totusi nu e ok asa. Nu e indicat deloc. Si nu, doar pentru ca ai invatat niste cuvinte in plus nu inseamna ca te iau ca punct de reper.
Data viitoare cand vrei sa transmiti ceva intreaba-te cui vorbesti si cum te asiguri ca mesajul este inteles, receptat cum se cuvine. Iar daca nu esti expert, colaboreaza cu unii care sunt si te pot ajuta.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
