Da, apreciam ce aveam si apreciez ce am in fiecare zi, dar vad ca multi aleg sa nu puna in practica si sa nu isi foloseasca toate avantajele pe care le au. Iar a se mentine in forma nu inseamna doar sala, cum iarasi au cativa impresia – ci poate insemna mers o zi intreaga in parc (si mers zilnic macar 10 minute) si multe alte asemenea activitati aproape gratuite (o sticla cu apa de acasa poate fi singurul cost alaturi eventual de transportul in comun pana la acel parc).
Stresul din pacate contribuie la aparitia si acutizarea multor afectiuni, iar el este dificil sa fie indepartat. Grija zilei de maine, problemele existente (acasa sau la serviciu) si multe altele ne pot face sa ne stresam si pot diminua o stare de bine care ar trebui sa fie constanta. Nu o sa fiu ipocrita si sa spun ca nu trebuie sa va ingrijorati niciodata de nimic, dar pot vorbi despre o masura chiar si in aceste motive de ingrijorare si stres. Alegeti ce lasati sa va afecteze si pentru cat timp!
Am pornit de la alimentatia sanatoasa si iata ca am ajuns la mai multe subiecte. Dar as zice ca era inevitabil avand in vedere ca toate se leaga intr-un final, iar sanatatea noastra depinde de fiecare element in parte.
Probabil ca in final singurul lucru pe care il putem face este sa incercam sa cream un echilibru intre toti factorii amintiti mai sus si sa lasam partile negative sa ne afecteze cat mai putin timp. Daca vorbim despre mancare, asa cum ne dorim sa le oferim copiilor nostri mancarea cea mai buna si sanatoasa, tot asa ar trebui sa incercam si noi, indiferent daca avem copii sau nu, sa mancam cat mai sanatos posibil. Daca ne referim la stres, am putea sa ne aducem aminte tot de copii si de cat de repede trec ei mai departe la o noua situatie, la o noua activitate. Sunt suparati o perioada, tristi, enervati dar merg mai departe. Chiar vazusem la un moment dat o replica intr-un film unde se spunea sa nu mergi sa dormi suparat si ca nicio problema nu trebuie sa te afecteze mai mult de o zi. “Maine este o noua zi” se spune in finalul “Pe aripile vantului” si, intr-adevar, o noua zi inseamna o noua sansa de a o lua de la capat.
