|Cand va uitati la angajatii dumneavoastra cum vi se par? Sunt increzatori? Sunt posaci? Sunt veseli si pusi pe treaba? Sunt daramati psihic si fac lucrurile ca pe o rutina?
Poate la o prima vedere v-ati putea gandi ca nu conteaza cum sunt angajatii. Dar lucrurile nu stau deloc asa. Un angajat posac, ce nu crede in firma si produsele oferite, cineva care nu are incredere nici in afacere nici in cei ce conduc sau cineva ce nu crede ca lucrurile se pot imbunatati poate demoraliza pe oricine.
Si intalnirile decurc intr-un anumit fel cand prezent e un reprezentant entuziast si altfel cand vine o persoana al carei job e sa fie acolo, sa prezinte anumite elemente – poate iese sau poate nu iese…
Incercati asadar pe cat posibil sa va studiati angajatii pentru a reusi sa vedeti ce nu le place si sa vedeti cum i-ati putea motiva.
Scria mai demult Guy Kawasaki, un autor foarte cunoscut (cititi aici recenzia Reguli pentru revolutionari) despre evanghelistii unei marci: cei ce cred cu adevarat intr-un produs/intr-o firma etc. si il recomanda pretutindeni. De asemenea persoane aveti nevoie.
Cineva care crede poate vinde mai bine. Cineva care crede pastreaza si un mediu de lucru in care lucrurile se misca. Cineva care crede va ajuta in afacere.
Voi cati angajati care cred cu adevarat in afacere/produse etc. aveti? Ce ati facut pentru a-i motiva? Daca nu sunt entuziasti, ati aflat care sunt motivele pentru situatie?
