Tastatura Dvorak – fata de modelul QWERTY
Aminteam ieri despre Mouse – acest dispozitiv pe care il utilizam atat de des. Ma indrept astazi spre o alta “piesa” indelung folosita (pana ce “dispar literele de pe taste”, pana ce se strica sau pana ne dorim altceva): tastatura.
Mai toti banuiesc ca avem tastatura QWERTY – denumirea vine – dupa cum e usor de imaginat – de la primele litere de pe primul rand. Acest model de tastatura a fost utilizat pentru prima masina de scris utilizata in anii ’60 (1860). Unii spun ca acest model a fost creat pentru a incetini scrisul in ideea de a reduce blocajele. Daca exista aceasta parere inseamna ca exista si o alternativa la QWERTY. Exista intr-adevar. Aceasta este Tastatura Dvorak.
Acesta este asadar un al doilea tip de layout de tastatura creat in urma studiilor despre cum scriu oamenii (frecventa cu care utilizeaza anumite taste etc.). S-a cautat un layout care sa permita utilizarea ambelor maini (a mai multor degete) mai usor in scris decat la QWERTY. S-a tinut chiar cont de faptul ca cei mai multi oameni sunt dreptaci – din acest motiv incercandu-se ca oamenii sa scrie mai mult cu mana dreapta. Modelul a fost creat in 1932 (patentat cativa ani mai tarziu).
Se pare ca efectele – mai ales pentru cei ce scriu in limba engleza (pentru ca ei au fost avuti in primul rand in vedere cand s-a gandit modelul) sunt impresionante. In Romania nu am gasit insa – din pacate – o astfel de tastatura pentru a o putea tasta si pentru a va putea spune si o parere personala despre aceasta tastatura. Va ofer insa in cele ce urmeaza cateva surse de informatii cu privire la aceasta tastatura – in speranta ca va vor fi de folos sau de interes – niciodata nu strica sa aflam ceva nou, nu? -, iar daca aflati cumva de un loc de unde pot cumpara o astfel de tastatura va rog sa imi spuneti.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
